Liam I admire your honesty and it's clear you are out here genuinely trying to educate and help people, not make a quick buck. Also don't see too many internet marketing bros that are half as humble as you, it's refreshing. Keep it up!!

I love the honesty about why you are doing this and it’s answered the question I have whenever I try to figure out why people are taking the time to educate their competition. It ultimately leads to more sales if you eventually sell them something to take them to the next level. Brilliant!
@36:00 agreed that there’s reason to have as many actually good ai agencies because some of us have software to sell that relies on the trust factor of already existing good ai out there . Ever so grateful to Liam for always delivering
I want to commend your analysis. I've been in technology and business for over 50+ years. FYI: That diagram is called a parabolic curve. We use it in statistical analysis. Your explanation works and when AI adoption reaches 80+ it will become a saturated market. The market will collapse. The early adopters capitalized on the "shiny object effect". People look for get rich quick ideas only to discover over the long term it takes work.
Thanks Liam. For reference. here is the definition of his chart: "It's a landscape shaped by a force known as the Technology Adoption Curve, an ingenious concept introduced by sociologist Everett M. Rogers in 1962. Visualized as a bell-shaped curve, it elegantly charts the journey of new ideas, innovations, and technologies as they spread throughout a population. In essence, understanding this curve is akin to wielding a powerful map-a map that can guide us to success in technology implementation and adoption."
Your red "actual adoption" curve should be on the right rather than the left, correct? And then the desired shift is to move it earlier, by making your arrows point leftward. That said, your insight is spot on: Develop the skills and experience now, before general adoption.
I like it. It's more personable and you don't have to sit in front of a computer the whole half hour. Plus, it's great to see topics like this to refresh my thinking.
This is insanely valuable and really helped to shift my thinking towards creating more content/generating inbound leads. I know what my priority is now and have a better understanding of who I should be targeting with my offer. Thanks for this video Liam, you have a new sub.
Keep them coming Liam. Knowledge plus Entertainment. Big fan of the attitude. No need to suppress the confidence, but it is comical. 😅 ........Your passion shows, and shit will be perceived as cocky, but that's on them. The people who appreciate what you're doing see the confidence in what you're doing and the passion you have for doing it. Don't change a thing 💪
@liam - I love this content! I am in this also and been in IT for more than 20 years. I would LOVE to leverage on this as far as I can. (And busy doing it as you are explaining) In the process of creating my own Agents to create and test and deliver solutions for the Enterprise and for my existing clients... Well done! and I love and share your vision...
Can you make a whiteboard video like this one picking a niche. As a beginner, do I not focus on targeting a niche and just target any industry or pick a niche and stick with it
This video reminds me of AthleanX content, lol. IYKYK. Great video...always helpful advice especially on building the network. Having been locked away in corporate jobs for 25 years, I have failed to ever create my personal brand and share knowledge and content. I didn't think it mattered. Now that I am trying to create an AIAA, it is like facing a mountain double the size of Everest to get a client, despite having a lot of technical know-how. So, I totally agree that having a strong network gives you a lot of leverage to get the right clients. Thanks for sharing!
From what you're saying and outlined in other videos, we have to become developers ourselves? OR not?? I want to be able to package a project, including paid developers to deliver AI automation with my Agency. IS this feasible?
I enjoy watching these videos of Liam in a tank top and different colour marker in between every finger as if it is The Infinity Gauntlet transforming anyone into no code AI specialist with a snap of fingers :D
Wanted to ask, if you in South Africa and seek the employment of a Ai developer say within the Dental sector who is in the USA or Europe, then how do you make it cost effective give tne currency exchange rate of the South African Rand (ZAR) is so weak?
Hey Liam I'm in your Skool, If you could give us a #1, #2, #3, #4, step videos ingredient for me to ""Developing the oh okay I got it"" mind set for the best takeoff in my AI Profession. What would it be? PLEASE? Thanks!
Awesome lessons, am glad be here, but I have a question, what happened when early adoption and risks takers start doing business in order to target larger market, after applying all strategies still market is not responding, what could be the problem behind where evidence are available yet nothing to ride home?
Hey Liam, when exactly would you say we're going to move into the Early Maj. stage, just as a future reference? Also, thanks for the super high - value content! :)
Liam where do we find Your AI assistant software if you have some. The AI agency model is great but everyone one is teaching everyone how to have an agency. I know there are a few like yourself that are legit. Just like any make money online, sell the picks and shovels to those selling picks and shovels. I do believe there is a market where we can help the small business the local plumber, electrician etc but we need a simple product to differential ourselves from all the other agencies that emails them. I was thinking of educating these businesses on lead gen products instantly, chatbots and more as an affiliate but I do not believe they will purchase them becasue they do not have the time to put them into play. With 40 years of automation experience I love AI and what it can do but not looking to be bogged down with clients and demands. Looking forward to seeing what you have as a product. Thanks
No because he said it was still early in a recent video of his. Most businesses don’t use ai because they don’t really know what it could do for their business right now.
Your so early that you could even sell ai services to marketing agencies for the next 5 years. Remember this: you think the world moves fast, but you move fast. The world always moves slow, very slow.

On a scale of 1-10, Liam how much do you think learning coding by side will help us build our AI agency?
Hey Liam I'm in your Skool, If you could give us a #1, #2, #3, #4, step videos ingredient for me to ""Developing the oh okay I got it"" mind set for the best takeoff in my AI Profession. What would it be? PLEASE?

Amazing as usual Liam, learning a lot from you!
Great job man

grats on 200k subs!
Thank you so much 😀
Brother thank you for the video. Can you do a video on finding a niche and the best ways of doing so?

Really appreciate the truth at the end

👍🏼 for the drawing
awesome stuff, thanks.
Interesting and very important topic
yep it is a win win situation😂 thanks for transparency
Best video yet 🔥
Thank you bro!
Do you think it is too late to start an AI agency?
No because he said it was still early in a recent video of his. Most businesses don’t use ai because they don’t really know what it could do for their business right now.
Hahahahahhah
Your so early that you could even sell ai services to marketing agencies for the next 5 years.

Do you think it's too late to stop supporting barça? (I have mental issues because of them)
I’m here for the graph 🥺
This is perfect ❤
Hottest AI content on the web 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you 🙏🏻
nice different style of videos, also a bit funny 😂.
Everyone is talking about AI. But 99% of us do not know what we are talking about. Interesting to know how that!
Liam is looking swole!
bro is actually huge 😂
What about Instagram?
Funny to see how this is literally what I've been doing with my dutch "Digitaal Denken" podcast without really realizing it.
Amazing content 🙌
congratz on the new physique 😀
nice tricep
You are a G.
When will you grow the beard like Alex Hormozi LOL?
Around 30lbs of muscle and 10 inches of beard length short of Hormozi. No need to copy someone else's identity, we follow for the content
I like this, but there are some MANY other ways to attract people to your business. Have you heard of the BNI ?
🔥
Mini-hormozi lol
