    Been following and watching Liam on the foot for a couple of weeks now. I really think this is the guy that will help and inspire me to get somewhere. Not saying this because I’m at the rock bottom, I make arround 5k euro a month with my regular job but I still can’t find the light and purpose in that. Liam is bringing hope, inspiration and light into my life at this point

    Summary :Scaling an agency to over $10k per month requires a simple change in the sales process, such as implementing an exploration milestone and using cosine similarity to set expectations and filter out unqualified leads.
    Highlights
    08:25 📅 Middle of last year, the agency was getting 20 inbound leads per day, but the close rate was low.
    13:43 🚀 Implementing an exploration milestone and using cosine similarity helped filter out unqualified leads and set expectations.
    26:35 💼 Exploration Milestone allows for building trust, showcasing professionalism, and setting expectations with clients.

    @paul7721 18 дней назад +1

    Solid advice here. I may have missed it but do you keep the Exploration Milestone Fee even if the client decides not to go ahead with the project? Or do you refund this money? You make this clear during your call?

    Great video, but you didnt fully explain the process of doing the cosine similarity, like yes we got the general idea of it, but what are the steps of getting the input/output and then at the end calculating the success rate.

    Question: Why don't you set temperature to 0? That way you get consistent answers, and that way you don't need cosine similarity?

    • @LiamOttley
      @LiamOttley  20 дней назад +1

      Doesn't quite work like that unfortunately. Temperature only modifies the distribution of words in the sampling table. We nearly always run 0 but you can have 95% likelihood of the 'ideal' next word but the others will still appear occasionally.
