Great video, Liam. Let me share something I've observed. I've spent the past few months learning all the tools and building complex systems, which I've shared in the community. However, I've noticed that people who build simple AI chatbots tend to market them more successfully. When I offer my more advanced services, potential clients often get confused and struggle to understand them. They're familiar with simple chatbots, which makes those easier to sell. I've realized that it's challenging to develop some complex useful systems, and pitch more complex solutions on our own.
That’s a very interesting point you’ve made. So you have the skills but being able to clearly demonstrate the benefits to businesses is the problem. Would that be correct?
When the first people started to make chat bots, it sounded just as complex as what you're struggling to sell now. best to keep building your personal brand so when its time the early majority of businesses need the more advanced services to stay competitive, you've shown you're the guy for it. Liam touches on this in his video "this graph shows why you cant make money with ai"
Dude your focus on providing pure value to us after restructuring your biz to be more edu based is fucking awesome. Of all the RUclipsrs your the most helpful I would say along with Nick Saraev. There are some others too like Stephen Pope and others but as far as making the hard things simple and breaking down exactly the shit we need as we wander around in the dark, your killing it. It’s huge. It’s massive. I really appreciate you and your awesome efforts, man, thank you.
It’s been uploaded just 3 minutes ago, and the video is 32 minutes long. how do you even know it has value without watching it? Could be through an ai generated summary based on the transcript though…
Your explanations and authenticity are awesome!! As a non English native, your pronunciation is pretty easy to follow. However, I believe that you could try not to accelerate your speech like you do, sometimes when you're pausing for a comment. I still get it, but you reach more people if you were to make your pronunciation a little rounder, like a professional narrator or traditional radio guys. Btw, your accent is great! And thanks for sharing. ✅
I didnt realize I was combining this with the dev process in my first clients. AAA accel helped with the offer and sales but once i evaluated the business i offered premade AI tools for quick wins The client doesnt care if I built it or not and it helps establish trust
Not bad, Liam. However, you lost me half way in. What I’d have loved to see would be you doing a screen share giving actual examples of specific tools, links on where to find them, how to store them, what they do and how they create value to a business. That would be much better and your training videos would be 10x better. Also, you speaking so fast that it’s exhausting trying to process what you’ve said, so having to rewind to play it again, making the viewing experience very clunky. Unscripted, unplanned is probably not the best way to teach. However, absolutely LOVE what you guys are doing and I’m fully on board with your AAA business model. Brilliant!!
Spot on! If the whole aim is to impart knowledge to others, and you don’t have the benefit of being actually with them in person, then slow and clear with breaks and examples works wonders.
I've observed that many "non-AI agency and business owners" lack knowledge about implementing AI in their businesses. I believe the first step should be to position ourselves as "AI educators," helping people understand the potential uses and benefits of AI. Once they see its value, we can then present our offers.
Great video... What size business and how do you determine the size of a potential business that could easily afford a $5K-$10K project down the road. You mentioned plumbers... do you mean a solo guy or does it need to be a owner of a plumbing business some number (2-10?) of employees. Again great video!
that's for all the agents enthusiast here. do you have any good reccomandation of people selling this products? everyone builds. is there any content creator showing their sales on ai agents? thanks
thanks for sharing. how should pitch to my client on these ai tools (to appear less salesy) if i want them to sign up to these ai tools using my affiliate link? should i be direct with them or just ask them to sign up in the link i send them
Hey Liam , really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos with good pricing & turnaround time and will also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach a wider audience ! Lmk what you think ?
The sound quality of this video was hard to follow. The great wealth of information you were handing out was muffled and difficult to understand/capture immediately. A frustrating video to watch! So according to this video everyone should become an Ai agent? What about the loners/introverts out there and one man bands who don't fit the norm? Do they not have any opportunities to thrive in the Ai field of work? You are assuming everyone is an extrovert and likes communicating via social media and cold calling! Not everyone is comfortable with sales either! Have you remedies for these types of people? Many people have hated marketing when we all know it is key to getting results. How does someone function if they are shy of doing up front face to face business in the Ai world? What are the alternatives or are there even alternatives available for the shy retiring personality? By the way I'm subscribed to your Ai Agency and going to go through your course. I used to be a hands on trainer of graphic software so keen to see where I might fit in! TY for your time but please write legibly on the white board and pace yourself when expressing your wonderful thoughts!

Love this, really helpful. It has given me a lot of clarity after feeling very overwhelmed and out of my depth
This video couldn't come at a better time, seriously. Thank you Liam!
My guy- keep up the great work-
I’m not even into AI - but the coolness and confidence you bring to the videos - make me want to learn! Young 007
This is gold, kind of the path I have been on for the last two plus years.
Thanks, Liam, for this video. This is so helpful for me. I will be back to share my results in a few months❤

Very nice Liam. Keep up the good work. Great show of leadership.

Yeah. I was born in the same country and I am more deliberate when talking on RUclips than in conversational talking.
Great video and perfect timing. On the day I resign and right as I go to lunch.
Why u resign?

Indeed. I make a conscious effort to slow my speech in my videos.
Maybe too slow, but better that than too fast.

@ I also wouldn’t have a problem obviously with understanding the accent at speed. But I’m used to hearing it.
Most people aren’t.

Please consider using a different microphone - it sounds like you're 20 feet away and it becomes hard to understand you. I don't want to miss a thing.
It’s the room. The acoustics. I guess a lot of windows. Put plants or other things that breaks the sound Liam
