I once eat that sev tameta sabji (curry) and bajre ka rotla (bread) with buttermilk at that kind of small dhaba in Kathiyawad region of Gujarat, and man oh man that was the best meal I had in my life, still haven't found a match to it anywhere I went in India.
I am a UK-born British Indian of Gujarati descent, and we have that at home sometimes, but not enough sadly! Earlier on I decided to ask my mum to teach me how to make rotla. Let's see how that goes :). The great thing about Bajri flour is that it is gluten free, which is great for me and other people who have gluten-intolerane.
