I just visited and surprisingly, I didn't see anyone on bikes on the golf cart paths. Especially with electric bikes, you would have thought they would have been replaced the carts for many people.
Well this is good timing. I am just beginning this week to plan a trip to Puerto Rico and in my searches for rental properties I stumbled on this community and was leaning towards it, although I'd rather be in Fajardo. This area was so appealing though that I was considering changing our base location. But if we can't use the facilities even, then that would be a big problem.
Your not really presenting things correctly -Ive been visiting Palmas for many years and I never had a problem while renting having the use of the pools and being able to play at the tennis complex; they rent the courts to visitors on vacation
Sorry your experience was not great. It depends on when you visit, and if Palmas is in a growth period or not. It’s gotten better and definitely in a growth period currently. You’ll regret not purchasing when you had the opportunity in 2022.
