But after Maria, well if you don’t need to leave the compound gates your doing just fine.As soon as you leave the gate. Welcome to Puerto Rico. Reality sets in. One moment your riding a thoroughbred horse down a sandy beach the next scene is a Jegua horse pulling a fruit cart😂😂😂

No real answer, it depends entirely on the area. This community, Palmas del Mar is one of the most expensive ones. I used to live in a gated community where I owned a 4Bedroom 4 bathroom house. We had tennis courts, basketball courts and a community pool. The cost was about 200k. To compare, you'd be hard-pressed to even find a small apartment for such a cost at Palmas Del Mar.

Not your fault, I understand that; it's just the system in place and you are taking advantage, because you want to live well too. So I understand, but it still saddens me. If you want to learn more about the history of the island, read "The War Against All Puerto Ricans," by Denis. Then you'll understand some of the islander's, your neighbors, mentality and sentiments.
