The only reason this film is underrated is that Cartoon Network isn't doing a good job at preservation of their older stuff They need to put all of the 2000s cartoons IN THEIR ENTIRETY on Blu-Ray Stuff like Ed Edd and Eddy isn't easy to watch (legally) because of this
Highlight quote of the film: 6:32 "Oh, heavens! What's happening?!" "YOU PISSED HIM OFF! THAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING!!" When the movie first aired on CN, Bloo said "pissed" in that context but in later re-runs, Bloo's voice actor then said "peeved" as intended from the script. Bloo's voice actor admitted that he originally misread the script, but if you asked me, I feel like "pissed" was a more appropriate word especially for the situation they were in. Besides, have any of you ever heard anyone say "peeved off"?
I'm checking hulu to see of they kept that original line OK in hulu it says peeved but the captions are unchanged from the original airing of the episode.
@@largefecesreal I saw in one video on RUclips a cam recording on that exact scene, and closed captions were enabled. It says "pissed" instead of "peeved".
Bloo's voice actor said "peeved" in the initial airing, later citing that "they never would have allowed [him] to actually say the word "pissed" in the first place." Now, the closed captioning programmers, who are not affiliated with the cast or crew of any specific show and also don't have immediate access to a show's script have to make their own personal judgements when typing in the captions, in which case, the captions consequently read "pissed" while the final script of the show was "peeved." To answer the question, I've never heard anyone use "peeved" before, but it's also still comparable to people who use "darn", "dang", "heck", and "frick."
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who remembers this! When I was a kid and I heard Bloo say pissed I was like "Oh snap he's getting straight to the point!"

I can probably think of a few reasons but I'll say that he likely became spoiled when he entered fosters, and thought he could do whatever he wanted compared to back when he was living with Mac.

By the time I was ready for high school (2007), I actually was saying goodbye to her and even asked if she’ll be back, and she answered “a decade from now, don’t be sad.” - Can you imagine if this was the series finale? The actual final 5 episodes didn’t air until May 2009. This film premiered in November 2008. I didn’t like Goodbye to Bloo, none of the characters had learned anything, they called back to my most *personal* hated episode of the entire series (I Only Have Surprise for You), and ... it’s just wasn’t that satisfying, I wouldn’t call it a bad finale, but after finally seeing this movie after 10 years never seeing it, I think this was a better way to end the series. The only clever part I actually like from Goodbye to Bloo was the drawing of the house being played backwards. - Aside from that, Foster’s remains one of my brother’s and my favorites of Cartoon Network. I appreciate the effort shows like Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Steven Universe gave to the network (despite being overshadowed by Toddler Titans later on), but my memories of the network throughout the 2000s have been fantastic - and Ed, Edd n Eddy’s Big Picture Show was a good way to address the theme of growing up.
This movie is missing one thing: Bloo’s redemption arc! Since season 2 of Foster’s, Bloo’s been acting more of a jerk. This movie could’ve made Bloo seen the error of his ways and finally turn around.

I remember watching this film on cartoon network when it aired for the first time, and i loved it, and then going in a search on the internet to find the movie again (and I couldn't find it again when I kid), I'm happy that now I can find it and watch again : )
6:33 The first time I heard Blue say that in the movie cuz I remember Blue's line was muted on cartoon network. I assumed it was some kind of censorship joke or an error at first but since when was 'peeved' a swear word? Am I the only one this happened to?
4:46 It's only for a split second, but built up from her voice cracks, you can see Frankie crying. I never noticed that until now. Goddamn, this show, despite being about imaginary characters, had characters that felt so human.
My imaginary friends were my lego toys i had For about 11 years. I'm 16 rn and i still have them. They're the one thing i could truly call "my own". If u need context i never regarded anything i have as my own, instead i looked at it as my parents lending me their stuff. These toys have been with me in my darkest times. If you're wondering how they seem that valuable is that i'd always have these badass fight scenes with them that'd cheer me up.
Actually, when I was a kid, I saw Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends, and I thought I could make my own imaginary friend. I drew him, and put the paper under my pillow to sleep on it. Nothing changed.
after hearing this i feel i need real friends. but life got me and now i have a job and stuff..but still i wish to have friends..good friends..eversince i watch this i forgotten how it was fun having a imaginary friend. but also how much it was amazing to have real friends...i wish to go back those time where we did have friends..

i miss my childhood friends but once i moved out i had lost them and slowly lost touch with them i still miss them and till this day i care and miss them dearly. this video got me in the feels dam
This is a beautiful story and you've shown its true colors.
Honestly, Bloo dressing up as a deodorant known as DEO is of my favorite episodes on my bucket list. DEO = DIO. (Is this a Jojo reference?)
I remember that episode. Is this a RebelTaxi reference?
And the film has a character called World
GOT BO? GET DEO
And immaginary friends are basically sentient fabricated stands
This channel is phenomenal...keep it up
It was Jerry. A flying velociraptor with a leprechaun hat. I remember him
I’m so happy youtube recommended you thanks for your hard work you put into these videos ❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯
Sooo who else thought about “that” video when she said “that’s the way I like it”?
Zone toons
I see this destination imagination as a wish list for the die hard fans of the cartoon
No cap.. literally fucking watched this movie today.
I remember watching this film on cartoon network when it aired for the first time, and i loved it, and then going in a search on the internet to find the movie again (and I couldn't find it again when I kid), I'm happy that now I can find it and watch again : )
6:33 Bloo said pissed
6:33 The first time I heard Blue say that in the movie cuz I remember Blue's line was muted on cartoon network. I assumed it was some kind of censorship joke or an error at first but since when was 'peeved' a swear word? Am I the only one this happened to?
I loved this show
I'll always remember when Bloo said you pissed him off
Max Burkholder gave one of the best child performances in this movie.
I forget about this show completely idk how 😐
Probably because there are low meme potential?
@@justnoob8141 That explains it so well...
They made a fuckin movie? I grew up not knowing there was a movie broo
Didn’t wilt cry too? If he did I’m already crying 😭
Vanessa is that u
When wilt cries me 😒😞😣😢😭😭😭😭😭
I never knew the show had a movie until I saw this video
Actually, when I was a kid, I saw Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends, and I thought I could make my own imaginary friend. I drew him, and put the paper under my pillow to sleep on it.
Nothing changed.
hahahahaha bet you were disappointed
How about Made2Express is a hidden gem on youtube huh? anyone agree?
9:47 The impact just one good friend may have in your live,
ahh, i wonder how is that,
i never had one.
Thank you for bring up this movie no one seems to talk about this movie. Ps I luv this movie
These shows take me back.
Bro, you just brought back memories....
4:37 I can’t hear this line the same way anymore.
after hearing this i feel i need real friends. but life got me and now i have a job and stuff..but still i wish to have friends..good friends..eversince i watch this i forgotten how it was fun having a imaginary friend. but also how much it was amazing to have real friends...i wish to go back those time where we did have friends..
I love Fosters, and I love this movie. One of my favorite cartoons ever
This movie KICKED ASS.
World’s true power is, indeed, the power to reign over the imaginary world
I WILL RECCOMEND YOUR CHANNEL TO MY FRIENDS BECAUSE YOU MAKE REALLY, REALLY GOOD CONTENT.
This channel needs to be recognize more
I really love this show and movie. I wish Bloo could’ve been nicer in the show like he did in the pilot movie of the show. Wilt was always my favorite character.
This video is understandable we all had fake friends in our lives and sometimes we aren't appreciate enough with some of the things we do in a work force to all of us are afraid of abandonment by others to this is the deepest meaning of the cartoon
I wished I could watch the full movie on Cartoon Network. I had always arrived when the movie's about to end, so I had no clue what the movie was about
4:45 i never notice this but Frankie is actually crying
YOU PISSED HIM OFF, THAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING!
