- Hello friends! Did you know that internal vaginal canal support may help some people reduce or eliminate urinary leakage? And may also help people that have pelvic organ prolapse? In this video, I review many options that are available on the market right now. Be sure to follow manufacturers guidelines- and remember, this video does not constitute medical advice and should not replace evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider. Questions? Comments? Drop them below! Thanks friends~Jeanice
This is by far the best, most in-depth pelvic organ support video I have seen. Thank you so much!
Wow, thank you!
This was great minus the distracting music. Thank you
That music was soooo annoying
Agreed could've done without it
This was such a helpful presentation! A lot of doctors don't want to tell you about over-the-counter pessary options.
And, there are even some folk who provide them to folk who have no use for them, because they are not needed! My new Gyn Oncologist, wanted to know what they gave it to me for.
Tremendously educational.
So helpful.
...I’ve read some comments on other channels as well that improperly removed menstral cups do encourage prolapse progression so definitely be very careful removing and NOT creating vacuum, yeah.
thanks for this. I was told I had a prolapse but that was it. No follow up. This has been very informative and helpful
My symptoms got a lot better after I stopped breastfeeding,so now.
I just use regular tampon for support at gym, and when I have a long day ahead.
I have between 1&2 grade hopefully will wo away without surgery.
Great video really thank you so much 🙏🏿
Hi not sure if you'll see my comment but my son is 3.5yo & still nursing at at nap time & bedtime. I've had it... can't even believe it's gone on this long & think I've been too tired with chronic illness that I can't handle the tears & tantrums... i want my body & bed back. I'm completely touched out & sometimes feel like crying while he's nursing. I was diagnosed with partial pelvic prolapse & also had chronic utis. Anyway sorry for the novel length reply... you say breastfeeding ending improved things for you? This gives me a lot of faith to hear this
Very Informative. The examples, images, and imagery as well as your easy to understand explanations are great. Thank You for taking the time to make this video. Good things to you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback friend! Have you seen the power over prolapse challenge that we are hosting this week?
@@myPelvicFloorMuscles Thank You. I will stay tuned. I look forward to more great information. Good things to you.
...my elderly mother has complete pelvic stump prolapse AND unresolved painful chronic uti . I’m fed up with the doctors ‘ help’ and could say a lot here but holding back, lol. She recently had the last pessary removed due to severe and ongoing internal inflammation and bleeding with the rigid pessary used as they seem to only have that option for her condition. I am desperately trying to find non surgical and non pessary options. I came across this Asian external prolapse support called FemiCushion. It’s here on YT also as a half hour info vid. I was hoping to get your opinion.
Thank you thank you for this very comprehensive video. I appreciate what all you covered and your diagrams. Ingenious.
You have helped me alot. I have watched other videos but they were not near as specific. I am so glad I watched this.
Appreciate your feedback and so glad it was helpful!🙌
I use an inflatable pessary and the pump has 2 ends, one to inflate and the other to deflate. I’ve been very happy with it.
This is amazing! Creative and geat options. I got a menstral cup, but had to modify it. I had to cut the tail short because that was uncomfortable. I finally had to turn it inside out to get it to feel ok, but no tampons were big enough and I swim everyday. So don't be afraid to try things one way and another.
Wonderful!
this is a great supplement to my PT pelvic floor routine. thank you for sharing and supporting.
Wonderful! Appreciate the feedback♥️
Great information but shut the music off very distracting!
I got my pessary. I don't feel it there, but taking out was so hard. I'll practice tomorrow, I'll give it a rest today .
Hi , what pessary did you try if you don’t mind me asking ? I’m wanting to try the Contam but don’t know anybody that’s tried it , thank you , Sarah
Use some coconut oil x insertion and dental floss to facilitate removal . Otherwise you have to be a contortionist to remove it.
Information is great! Music unnecessary, or much less volume. Thank you.
I agree. The video content is sufficient to stand on its own and does not need background music at all. The music just ends up being distracting and annoying.
Noted!
thank you for the feedback!
The music is totally annoying!😂 But, A very informative video!❤
I love this video! The music hasn't bothered me in the least!!!!
Awww it’s always nice to hear positive feedback. So glad you found it helpful!
Thank you, and you are lovely!
That was really informative. Thank you
Thank you!
Great video. The music was very distracting and made it hard to follow.
Great video. Thanks
Thank you so much!
Can you do a video for those who have hysterectomy where no uterus, cervix and fallopian tube and prolapse of bladder and intestine
Thank uou. Very informative.
Thank you!
The music makes it to hard for me to listen to you as you talk.
It is just awful!
Thankyou so much. This was so useful for me.
I’m so happy to hear it!
Thank you so much it make life easier
I havw a rectal prolapse what can i do to strengthen it or should i have surgery?
Thank you so much for this video!!!
I plan to watch this again but I had a question okay? I work on my feet 8 hours a day, I'm 66 years old and have bladder prolapse plus a skin condition that takes up an incredible amount of time. So I sleep about 3 hours a night. I'm wearing a tampon everyday to try to keep my prolapsed in place so it doesn't get worse. Is that okay? What else would you suggest? It's hard for me to get a different job with the breakouts. I'm kind of painted in a corner. I have faith God can heal me, and I believe he brought you to my attention to help me do that with your ideas and suggestions. I'm 120 lb, used to be over 200 lb. I have seven kids all grown. And I'm a lumber cashier. I will so much appreciate any response from you. Thank you and God bless you for trying to help so many of us!
Hello friend! I’m so happy to meet you! Thank you for your interest. This isn’t medical advice but in general, although tampons are sometimes used temporarily to support prolapse, that isn’t what they are designed for so I would discourage prolonged use. Pessaries and temporary pessaries like contam are designed to be left in longer to help support the organs intravaginally. Many people also find external support to be helpful. Have you seen that full video? Lifting the perineum from the outside can feel really good. In addition, is it possible to have a tall stool nearby at work that you can lean or rest on occasionally? I hope some of these tips help but I do encourage you to see a pelvic PT in person if at all possible.
@@myPelvicFloorMuscles thank you for your reply I will look at the full video this weekend. I'm using organic tampons and they don't always want to stay in it's kind of treacherous. I called the PT and it was so much money it was insane. Possibly I can find another one I don't know. It would be nice to have one. God bless you take care
@@marilynbrent6370hi I read a comment where a woman was cutting up old t-shirts and rolling into balls then inserting them, she would wash and hang out in the sunshine to sanitize them
@@marilynbrent6370I read a comment on another video abt prolapse, one woman used old t-shirts, cut them in strips and inserted them, then washed and hung out in the sun to sanitize them, she says it worked for almost 20 yrs, I’ve tried to use tampons but they irritate me too much, so I tried the t-shirt method and so far so good, just have to make sure they are rolled to the right size
@vegananimalfriend I totally agree , I turned my volume down but then I hear her talk 🤦🏼♀️
thanks for the feedback!
People ask me if im doing floor muscle training but my prolaps is so bad that i font know if it would help? Also my peolaps is in and out during the day but when its out,its pretty bad.
I’m suffering with a prolapse also, it’s so frustrating
...that inflatable pessary is a great idea except that deflate dilemma. Needs some rethink there unfortunately.
Is there a place to buy Contam in the United States?
Unfortunately, not that I know of!
I bought a Revive reusable pessary on Amazon. Have not tried it yet.
I just received my Revive. Have you tried it yet and did it work?
episiotomy causes this?! I’m so mad… my Dr cut me when I specifically requested not to be cut. She was the worse. 20 years later I’m still suffering from her poor skills. This is so upsetting to learn! 🥺
I need to take better care of my hammock or trampoline 😅❤
@@virginiamaeweather7302 🙌🙌🙌
The sponge is great ..wet it first squueze and put coconut oil on
Can you explain a little more on that? thanks
@@katherinedougherty6250 I just wet it squeeze it out put a bit coconut oil the opening of my vagina and insert it ..
It's really helped that horrible feeling if something in your vagina I also have a bad rectocele and it helps me pass stools easier as it supports the rectocele
I had a pessary for several years but at 79 my vaginal canal is too dry and makes it too painful to use.
Drink Ginseng Root tea & add GINGER ROOT TEA daily. 4 cups to 6 cups a day. Feel good all over. & vit. E oil. A drop or 2. 😊😅
@@cathyjennings5580what do you do with the vitamin e oil?
Vaginal estrogen. Listen to Dr. Rachael Rubin and Dr. Kelly Casperson. The best!!!!
Do you have pessary for uterine prolapse devices? Can we buy those pessarys in target? Walmart? Help.
There are some pessary like devices designed for urinary leaking for sale at Target- they are called Poise Impressa. No pessaries are available for sale at Target. Urestra is a Canadian company...
Amazon
I thought you weren't supposed to use a tampon because it doesn't get wet if you don't have your period and it could cause problems
if my fingers and feed fingers are nuun
Hello what do you think about vaginal hormone cream??
1:19 leaving, music so annoying your talking loud because of it..
Thank you for the presentation. I was trained many years ago.
This was like a refresher course for me.
I will view your other videos
Very informative
The God awful background music ruins this video. Who ever advised you to add it led you astray.
What happened you forgot that is inside of you lol
