I'm sure law enforcement has done this, I feel they have way more than we realize as is exactly what happened in the West case, law enforcement never let on what was going on behind the scenes until they arrested them which led to their convictions even though their adopted sons bodies were never recovered.
Wait a minute CP still has a custody hearing scheduled to try and get his daughter back in his custody and home after all of this? Wouldn’t CPS and the judge see the immediate red flags 🚩 that Sebastian their other son and CP step son has gone missing for many months while in their care and in their own home and they haven’t tried to even look for him? That should speak wonders about the kind of people and parents they are in general and why they aren’t equipped to be able to have any custody over any child for the rest of their days.
@@Sunnydayz9811 A Judge will not grant Chris custody or even visitation (maybe supervised visitation) while Sebastian is missing. A child went missing from their home. I would be shocked if the Judge granted anything to Chris right now. But then again, courts and CPS have put abused children right back into the hands of the abuser(s) and they end up dead.

I think the real reason Katie and Chris don’t search etc, is because they would have to TALK to people, the less they speak , the less likely they will screw up their narrative. And that’s all they have protecting them right now, their narrative.
@@PeterHyattExactly how it played out in SoCal with the West, people came from all over to search the night they reported their adoptive sons missing in Dec 2020, not only did they never search they soon fled town to live in the RV they were eventually arrested in. They were convicted of the murders even though the bodies were never found. Many similarities in these 2 cases.

The parents asked Seth if he would want to take Sebastian last year and Seth even said he said No. That he would take him only if Sebastian didn’t “straighten up” and start listening to his mom and step dad and not having so much trouble at school. So why would Seth of passed up getting Sebastian and use it as a punishment or threat if they had this great, close relationship? It just makes no sense. Every interview all you hear is Seth boasting about what a good father he is, or bad mouthing Katie and Chris when before he said they provided Sebastian everything he could possibly need and are excellent parents. What changed? The disagreement between the 3 when they all agreed on not making a Go Fund Me and Seth did anyway so Chris and Katie got upset with him. Only then did Seth begin saying they were possibly involved and these horrible people. Now he is back to saying he wants to coparent and put Sebastian first and one interview later he is once again back to doggin the parents out. Seems any time Chris and Katie don’t agree with something Seth does and doesn’t speak to him he goes back to slamming on them but when they do talk to them, they are the best parents ever to Sebastian. Make that make sense.
Seth's pain must be unimaginable. What a great comfort no doubt for Seth to be able to talk with Peter about this terrible situation I do hope Sebastian is found soon.

Right! THEY went. CP stopped by the Vigil-talked/Confronted Seth. Then left. They were seen looking for HDs, at a town over AFTER the vigil, Seth then said publicly that he and KP/CP were putting their egos aside. AND told folks to #effOF. It’s been said on FB(by people that attended). That CP showed up hastily and CONFRONTED Seth. There was loud talking/cussing. (Allegedly) Between the two men

I’m 55 and autistic, but also all 4 of my kids are autistic. While we have some behavioral similarities, most assuredly, there are markedly different behaviors and responses to stimuli.
I am 57 and AuHD. Both of my, now adult, children are also on the Spectrum. We are all very different. A great quote is "When you have met 1 autistic person... you've met 1 autistic person"!
Seth has EXACTLY the right attitude! We do need to believe in that idea that Sebastian could still be alive even if there's possible contrary theories! And Mr. Hyatt is right on when he says that Katie needs to tell the whole truth of what happened to law enforcement to help bring Sebastian home! Only the truth will set you free.

Sebastian captured my heart on this case. When we were introduced to Seth, he also captured my heart. I pray deeply that these two will be reunited again soon and I pray Seth continues to be a good example to others as a father and a man. ❤
I just feel all the parents failed him. When you have a child and especially a special needs child, you are their protector. It’s a shame that not only was Sebastian the product of divorce, he didn’t have the protection he deserved. As soon as it became known that he was wearing diapers, complaining about anything at the P house, action should have been taken. I’m not in the situation so I don’t know everything but I feel the abuse went in for far too long and nothing was done.

I heard Seth put his hand around a door so Sebastian wouldn't hit his head and Katie thought he hit Sebastian and she called the cops. Seth was kicked out of the house at that time and Chris and her got together. Seth was never charged with anything when Seth explained what happened.
The simple fact that there is no proof of life after leaving the restaurant having dinner means that the persons present have not given all the information they have. PERIOD

Her mother is very traumatized by his behavior. Please listen to her interview. It really shows CP's character. Nina Gomez on Trev Time channel. He told Mom to abort and now he wants custody? Has friends in the sheriff's department who conspired to kidnap his daughter from her mother. No judge unless bought would put another child into that house.
To Peter's point: in the Maddie Soto murder case, Stephan Sterns (her murderer) stated the last thing he said to Maddie was "love you" and she said she loved him, too. Turns out he was sexually abusing her & killed her.
This is odd. Seth has joined forces with Katie and Chris again. When you think about the big picture, why was Chris not home the whole month of Feb? I think he told Katie he’s not coming home until Seb is gone & they concocted their plan, he’d had enough. Katie gave seb a good last day but I don’t think he came home after the restaurant. If you notice when Katie is speaking of Sebastian missing that morning, she says she went to the kitchen because he did that sometimes. I found it strange that she didn't say he "does" that. It seemed past tense to me.
Agreed. My gut feeling (as well as logically) says that no momma would leave the home ... we would wait there forever if needed, hoping our child returns. This speaks volumes and indicates she knows Sebastian won't be coming back. 😢

I feel that if it was something KP did indirectly like putting Sebastian outside, I feel that as a concerned parent she would be still out there looking for him from the beginning. The other red flags cannot be ignored. As a parent of a HF autistic child my heart goes out to the family. Prayers for Sebastian and a glimmer of hope that he’s still out there somewhere and safe.

@@Jane_colmenares I try not to judge people’s word choices when they’re under duress. I’m not walking in Seth’s shoes and am grateful for that. My daughter, when she was 16, was trapped under a collapsed building at her school due to tornadoes hitting them. She, along with 10 others, weren’t accounted for. That was the worst thing I’ve ever had to experience and wish it upon no one. I was very fortunate in that my daughter was found alive. The others weren’t so lucky. Not knowing if your child is dead or alive…there’s nothing worse in my opinion.

@Peter Hyatt I just wanted to thank you from the depths of my heart for this useful, intelligent,broadcast and interview of sorts with Seth Rogers. There are few programs I have watched that were truly in the interest of Sebastian in my opinion . I am no one other than a concerned citizen, who cared for an autistic sibling when we lost our mom at an early age. We lost our brother to COVID at the age of 72. He marched to the beat of a different drum. He was funny, sweet, loving. He held a job which he retired from. He asked for very little in life, mostly just to be loved. Sebastian reminds me so much of him. What a beautiful human being he is. To think of anyone mistreating him, taking a belt to him, leaving him in the hands of danger makes me feel total disgust. I can see that Seth was taking in what you were saying; I am thankful for that. There are plenty of RUclipsrs covering Sebastian’s case but I can’t help but think to myself, for an ulterior motive. The click bait titles, the call in numbers make me sick! I do believe that social media can be a wonderful source of getting the word out. Many out of desperation turn to social media.. I probably would to. I can count on one hand, those that I trust and watch. I must mention one is a dynamite former FBI woman. Very educated. Besides listening to you, Mr. Hyatt, I took in every word she stated. I trust her and know what she has done in her career. You can tell when KP is not being truthful. The pitch of her voice changes. I 100% agree all answers lie with her. Working with her may be what brings Sebastian home. I pray Seth has the restraint to handle the answers
Makes me wonder what police know. A child is missing but they don’t seem to be putting pressure on KP or her husband. Maybe they are working to connect them to his disappearance.
Seth is looking much better today! When I last saw him on Pascal or Nancy...he was exhausted, broken down and barely making it. He's still obviously heartbroken but he does look better rested. I can imagine everytime Seth lays down to try to rest he feels guilty and feel like he should be doing something...anything to be finding his boy. Seth, you getting rest and keeping your witts about you IS contributing to finding him....its so important you are rested and mentally sharp so you can continue to observe, listen and analyze everything said by people surrounding all this. @@PeterHyattExactly how it played out in SoCal with the West, people came from all over to search the night they reported their adoptive sons missing in Dec 2020, not only did they never search they soon fled town to live in the RV they were eventually arrested in. They were convicted of the murders even though the bodies were never found. Many similarities in these 2 cases.
I think they have PR cleaning up their mess with Seth and public. This is what PR does...damage control.

The parents asked Seth if he would want to take Sebastian last year and Seth even said he said No. That he would take him only if Sebastian didn’t “straighten up” and start listening to his mom and step dad and not having so much trouble at school. So why would Seth of passed up getting Sebastian and use it as a punishment or threat if they had this great, close relationship? It just makes no sense. Every interview all you hear is Seth boasting about what a good father he is, or bad mouthing Katie and Chris when before he said they provided Sebastian everything he could possibly need and are excellent parents. What changed? The disagreement between the 3 when they all agreed on not making a Go Fund Me and Seth did anyway so Chris and Katie got upset with him. Only then did Seth begin saying they were possibly involved and these horrible people. Now he is back to saying he wants to coparent and put Sebastian first and one interview later he is once again back to doggin the parents out. Seems any time Chris and Katie don’t agree with something Seth does and doesn’t speak to him he goes back to slamming on them but when they do talk to them, they are the best parents ever to Sebastian. Make that make sense.

I just feel all the parents failed him. When you have a child and especially a special needs child, you are their protector. It’s a shame that not only was Sebastian the product of divorce, he didn’t have the protection he deserved. As soon as it became known that he was wearing diapers, complaining about anything at the P house, action should have been taken. I’m not in the situation so I don’t know everything but I feel the abuse went in for far too long and nothing was done.

I feel Seth is listening to Mr. Hyatt and is pulling the mom and step father in so that he can possibly hear them slip up around him. People getting angry at Seth for working with them is understandable but you have to understand that his main priority is finding Sebastian. I get it. Mom HAS to spill the beans or I personally don’t feel this case will be solved. Please hang in there Seth. Praying Sebastian is found.

@@Jane_colmenares I try not to judge people’s word choices when they’re under duress. I’m not walking in Seth’s shoes and am grateful for that. My daughter, when she was 16, was trapped under a collapsed building at her school due to tornadoes hitting them. She, along with 10 others, weren’t accounted for. That was the worst thing I’ve ever had to experience and wish it upon no one. I was very fortunate in that my daughter was found alive. The others weren’t so lucky. Not knowing if your child is dead or alive…there’s nothing worse in my opinion.

Katie was the last person to be with Sebastian. She absolutely is THE KEY!!!! Her consistent lack of emotion is very odd too. In all of her interviews she is looks numb.

@Peter Hyatt I just wanted to thank you from the depths of my heart for this useful, intelligent,broadcast and interview of sorts with Seth Rogers. There are few programs I have watched that were truly in the interest of Sebastian in my opinion . I am no one other than a concerned citizen, who cared for an autistic sibling when we lost our mom at an early age. We lost our brother to COVID at the age of 72. He marched to the beat of a different drum. He was funny, sweet, loving. He held a job which he retired from. He asked for very little in life, mostly just to be loved. Sebastian reminds me so much of him. What a beautiful human being he is. To think of anyone mistreating him, taking a belt to him, leaving him in the hands of danger makes me feel total disgust. I can see that Seth was taking in what you were saying; I am thankful for that. There are plenty of RUclipsrs covering Sebastian’s case but I can’t help but think to myself, for an ulterior motive. The click bait titles, the call in numbers make me sick! I do believe that social media can be a wonderful source of getting the word out. Many out of desperation turn to social media.. I probably would to. I can count on one hand, those that I trust and watch. I must mention one is a dynamite former FBI woman. Very educated. Besides listening to you, Mr. Hyatt, I took in every word she stated. I trust her and know what she has done in her career. This strong woman, was just about in tears as she spoke to her opinion of Sebastian’s case. This may not be appropriate,but that doesn’t always stop me when I have to get something out of my system..vent if you will. To Seth who I believe loves his son. Why are you giving your ex wife and her abusive husband all the power? You know they are somehow responsible. While I am in agreement that you have been the only one looking for your boy, who loves you more than life,itself I bet; I do not understand why you are not demanding to get the answers for Sebastian? Her ex is nothing but a big mouthed bully. You are not a push over Seth. Do not let this monster manipulate you too. I am on your side Seth..but enough is enough already. You can tell when KP is not being truthful. The pitch of her voice changes. I 100% agree all answers lie with her. Working with her may be what brings Sebastian home. I pray Seth has the restraint to handle the answers
Makes me wonder what police know. A child is missing but they don’t seem to be putting pressure on KP or her husband. Maybe they are working to connect them to his disappearance.
Seth is looking much better today! When I last saw him on Pascal or Nancy...he was exhausted, broken down and barely making it. He's still obviously heartbroken but he does look better rested. I can imagine everytime Seth lays down to try to rest he feels guilty and feel like he should be doing something...anything to be finding his boy. Seth, you getting rest and keeping your witts about you IS contributing to finding him....its so important you are rested and mentally sharp so you can continue to observe, listen and analyze everything said by people surrounding all this.
