Ooh, jealous of the Gil Scott Heron's. I wish I'd made a conscious effort to get them off eBay in the 00s when prices weren't too bad. Love that Hassles LP and could do with a mint up of their other LP. Great stuff mate....Nige

Awesome video. I love vinyl finds videos. I have to slow down myself on new purchases. Lol. I really liked that Metallica album and I spun it a lot when I first got it. Haven’t listened to it in awhile though. Crazy amount of color variants. I have that Newsted album on CD. I remember it being pretty good. I also love the albums he did with Voivod.

Nice scores buddy. Really interesting hearing those details about Billy Joel pre "Cold Spring Harbor". We've had a couple of those RHCP OG's in the last year or two and they sell pretty quick, so nice grab. I was also impressed with the Metallica weekend, popup, poster and splatter vinyl. MMM Bop baby!! It's funny you mentioned locals not having it. Someone brought it to our attention a while back that they had seen it for pre-order online and asked if we would be getting it so I have been keeping my eye out for it ever since. As of yet, it seems to me a DTC (direct to consumer) piece, which is a bummer. Hope the new place is coming together well. Alway good seeing and hearing you, my friend. Take care, Billy-

That is a great Hanson album. I bought that CD when it came out and could not get enough of hmm bop. I need to pick that up. Don’t get my blood pressure rising with color variants Chance, they kind of piss me off as they find ways to get people to buy multiple copies. When I was a young Buck like you I use to work on completing artist catalogs. Now I’m old and grumpy so forget about it hahaha. Great to see you Chance

Chance !!!! Yea I already have FOMO anxiety about the Metallica show about merch and vinyl LOL. I did get the fan club edition and the inde store version so do I need another no , do I want another yes hahaha but I have 9 months till the show. I know about Jason Newsted band Newsted but didn't know it was so limited nice that you grabbed it. I too have been thinking about getting new gear, I will keep my Denon TT but need to switch out the rest will see. Talk with you soon nice pick ups !!!

Good to see you making a video Chance. It seems like a lot of the channels have just been making the RUclips live stream types of videos lately. And I enjoy those, but I also enjoy videos on various audio and vinyl topics and new LPs and vinyl people get too.
I've been spending way too much, or at least I'm sure people would tell me that, lately but I've been enjoying it when I have the chance and can kick back and listen haha. I've been working on getting my YT channel going and hopefully we'll be able to make some decent videos on various topics soon enough. I'm working on getting some shelves now also because I'm sick and tired of going through these long, double size or maybe triple sized, egg crates trying to find my LP's. It's just way too expensive to have shelves built right now but I don't think it's going to get any cheaper either. Do you know the name of those Kalax (no idea how it's spelled or what the name really is) shelves are? I'm talking about those IKEA type shelves. I know a lot of people use those and I'm thinking about just getting some of those to hold me over until I can get some help on custom building some shelves. Hopefully lumber will go down in price again at some point. Yeah right! Does IKEA still make those? I thought I'd ask just in case you knew or maybe another viewer might know and reply helping me out.

Hey Brian, great to hear from you! Yes, the shelves from IKEA are called Kallax. Before that it was the Expedit series. They are engineered materials, but the design is really sound. If you are not in a hurry, they go on sale once, maybe twice a year.
Feel you on livestreams. I enjoy doing ours, but need some variety to keep my creative juices flowing.

Cool 72 Seasons variants. The St. Louis is pretty cool. Some of these are going for big money. I picked up both The Hassels records not long ago. Good stuff my man. I knew about the Chili Peppers original release but i have never heard it.

I had no idea that they reissued the Hanson album, who did that one? Not that I want the album just wondering who else they may be doing from the time period. I also am a William Joel fan, would love to pick up his pre solo stuff, still need one more studio album though to complete the collection. Nice stuff!

You could also say the Metallica STL variant is based on the colors of the St. Louis City flag. Red Yellow Blue White. Maybe? I always thought the city flag was cool.
