try the cetaphil or cerave sensitive face wash with the matching sensitive moisturizer. make sure to use sunscreen everyday (i don’t use any fancy ones any sunscreen works) along with a vitamin c serum. hope this helps!

7.dermatologica clear start breakout (when having break out)
8.cetaphil moisturizing cream( day and night )

Here are a couple of things I do which have helped me attain skin without acne and healthy all day.
- Use a gentle face cleanser that eliminates extra oil and cleanses your skin well. I recomment littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well.
- Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise aids clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Stay away from touching your face often coz our hands are often full of germs that can cause pimples when they touch the face.
- Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation.
- Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steaming, scrubbing, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Clean your brushes and other things you use because they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.
After using ricceberry face wash, I saw a reduction in my acne scars. Moreover, my face began to glow too.

This is amazing! If you get a breakout you can also get hydrocolliod bandages and cut to fit breakout. Put it on dry skin over breakout and by morning it has sucked all the yucky stuff out and you can see it on bandage. Then your breakout can start the healing process dramatically shrinks breakout overnight because it sucks all the moisture out.

As an esthetician I just want to say that it is very important the order you apply these products to your skin such as putting toner and serum and then applying exfoliant you’re essentially removing the product that you need to sit on your skin by applying them out of order! Also everyone’s skin is different but using a gentle daily micro exfoliate helps remove dead skin cells as well as built up dirt and anything else that might clog your pores so it is kind of important to use a gentle exfoliate even if you only use it once a month but using it you will see a massive improvement. Using a chemical exfoliate can be very damaging to your skin as it can cause burns and abrasions if used wrong! You look amazing and like I said everyone’s skin is different I’m happy to see you share what works best for you stay beautiful love!

I watched this video about 4 months ago and I wanted to come back and thank you for the product recommendations. My skin has never looked this good and my persistent breakouts are a thing of the past now 🥲. I first bought the Cetaphil Acne Foam Wash, the Eucerin toner, Cetaphil Moisturizer and the Skin Functional niacinamide. This combination has been the bomb for my skin! I really believe the niacinamide really helped in reducing and eventually eliminating my breakouts. My hyperpigmentation has also significantly reduced. I've since bought the products again and also added Skin Functional's hyaluronic acid and the exfoliating facial 2 (amino hydroxy complex) and so far so good 👍.
In a nutshell, thank you 🤍. Keep making such videos and I wish you great success with your channel 🤎.

Love your skin routine and products, you’re gorgeous but just to add (pardon that its unsolicited). Maybe it could be because you’re talking through the video but i once saw from other videos that do not let your face completely try up during each stage. Apply your toner while your face is damp and also start applying your serums while your toner hasn’t completely dried also so.

I have used 5-6 bottle of littlllextra rice berry sunscreen, face serum, and moisturizer and I can say it has transformed my skin into a beautiful complexion. The blemishes are diminishing and I am not seeing any new spots occurring now. The face looks glowing and smooth. Therefore, I understood that choosing the right products is very important.
I have used rice berry SunScreen, and it is actually extremely light and nourishing. It soaked in just a few seconds. I will certainly buy it again and again.

Dr Dray and Dr Alexis dermatologists have some great sunscreen recommendations. The moisturiser and sunscreen must be used all over and reapply especially if you are wearing actives like retinol or Niacinamide. The double cleansing method also is good to cleansing off make up.

I was advised to use cotton wool on my face instead of face cloth as the face cloth stores dirt and brings back the pimples.
Maybe you could also use cotton wool❤

sleep on a pillowcase at night and it’s not like you’re washing it every single day. I wash mine weekly, same as the face cloth 😊❤️
@@coffeenomilk Totally get you sisi, I was just sharing/advising because ever since I stopped using face cloth to dry my face or remove product off and started using cotton wool instead my acne got better because face cloth can be harsh on our skin and stores gems hence acne always comes back :)

I would rather have my skin purge and become smooth after than having a temporary fix. So I'm cool with being patient 😊

I didn't have severe acne but I was prescribed sebamed antibacterial cleansing foam and the cetaphil moisturizer with spf30. It's been 2 months and my skin😍😍 Shea butter also works for me now that I stopped using the cetaphil. I should get the serums, thank you. ❤

ngl they are 💔 chile 🥺 but i don’t buy the products all at once, I prioritise the niacinamide and spot treatment and all cetaphil stuff lasts more than 6 months. But research extensively on what works for you so that you don’t waste money

I stopped using Epimax on my skin bc of this video and I have seen a HUGE change. I don’t know why I was in denial but it was actually clogging my pores. I’m using Vaseline on my skin and I hardly breakout now as much as I used to. I don’t have much of a skin scare routine so I will be taking some of the products here. Is this skin routine specifically for dry sensitive skin or can oily skin people use it?

Sometimes oral medication is all that helps people since acne can very much be an internal issue unfortunately

I would suggest reaching out to Skin Functional on instagram. For free they’ll suggest which products they think will work best for you then you’ll buy those. Because oouuu chile these products are not cheap so I don’t want you to break your bank on something that will not work ❤️❤️❤️
