A lot of people with Cirruses aren’t able to fit the DA50 in the same hanger, sadly. Still an incredible machine

That airplane is incredible. It handles better than anything I have ever seen. I have 35 hours in the DA40 with the G1000 platform and look forward to getting to fly the DA50 and visit the Diamond headquarters in Austria sometime. This was a great video and Diamond builds truly some of the best aircraft in the world.

🤔Sorry i have just one thing i would change the cabine size 12 to 16 inch bigger to get more space between the pilot and co-pilot that would also get more comfort for the passenger at backside plus more laguage space too👍 Keep going on with your great work to update some parts to bring that Diamond Aircraft forward and much more brigther to the top level!👌😎

Sweet! How is it in a departure stall? Full or nearly full power stall? And how is rudder authority? I havent flown anything except the old rotax powered DV and DA-20s, and the tail dragger HK Super Dimonas. But I have about 175 to 200 hours in them. I loved flying them. So easy to fly and fun to spin the DV and DAs. Well done.

Im going to assume the elevator backpressure on rotation with the T tail is significatly less than other T tails with conventional flight control cables

If I could own any piston it would be this. One problem though. I bet I cant just pull into any AI and have work done. I bet I gotta get parts all the way from Europe and after a month waiting I finally get what I need. The flight school next to me have a fleet of Diamonds all with Continentals.

Will it hold someone 2m tall?
Fantastic airplane! This one is practically single engine DA-62 from my point of view. And yes, physics in this simulator are not realistic, stall physics especially. xD

I love this aircraft! I hate it's price and engine. If you're a millionaire price and powerplant doesn't matter. Love this aircraft it's beautiful.

Nice. But out of my budget range. So I fly a Flight Design CTLSi. 125 knots at 4.5 gallons per hour using car gas.
A great plane for amateur solo pilotes.
The two guys don't look big but they seem crammed in, always rubbing against each other.

Besides the number of engines, is this essentially the same aircraft as the DA62?

Nice airplane. The only thing that's missing, in order to be the perfect airplane, is the Ballistic Parachute System.
What’s the need for the parachute? It’s got retractable gear (good for water) Fabulous stall characteristics, and the glide range is unbelievably good
I patiently wait for this nonsensical fad ( BPS ) to pass on ! Imagine that !! One hundred years of flight history , and suddenly now we all better have 'chutes at the ready ?!
