Lilmiddwest, i like the way you said they fuck this up when you were taking the clutch apart. Don't take this the wrong way but watching you say they put the clutch disc the wrong way and you went to flip it around to reinstall it went the wrong way. The raised part of the clutch disc should be facing you when you lay it on the flywheel. I know what you mean makes you wanna call the person who you bought the car from and cuss his ass out. I feel you man that you have to work on someone else project that should of been down the right way.

Hey man what ended up being the overall judgement on the fail on this clutch kit and flywheel? I have the exact same clutch kit and flywheel on my 04 and have exactly the same prob. Won’t go in gear.
I don't know might be clutch and pressure plate went bad. Am using stage 3 off ebay see how it performs in turbo Tiburon. Then I will be switching back to clutchmaster and maybe twin disc
Have you test fit the clutch with out those wrong bolts? I do believe that is why the clutch doesn't fit properly. They are supposed to be torqs heads bolts.
You should keep it for more content for the channel on working on the engine all motor proyect on nitrous how much can make on dyno or how much all motor can you hit with it anything yoy want today i learn a lot jajaja keep up 🔥🔥💪🤣🤣👌
I think it's time my tiburon needs a new clutch, any tips on how to drop the subframe and remove the transaxle safely and without braking anything? And recommended number of jack stands and jacks
I did mine dropping the transmission only on the driver's side and leaving the engine jacked up supported with two 5 ton pump Jack's just to be safe u only need one jack under the engine

35:48 lol you were right the st time! They had the clutch plate in the wrong way! And it got fried! You just confused yourself, haha

Idk how bolts be the difference. I have same bolts on my turbo Tiburon project and it drive fine.

That's more work then pull the whole engine and transaxle out of the top. I try take trans out and engine in, it more work.

Do you have to completely takout power steering an a/c
Power steering move out the way and a/c you need suck it out system or un bolts a/c compressor

No lie, about to put a new motor in my brothers 6speed tib. It's a blast to drive tbh.
