Roomba Error 11: Troubleshoot & Fix Guide

If you are experiencing Error 11 with your Roomba, you may need to clean the cleaning head module motor. To do this, follow these steps: (sponsored part:amzn.to/3IIXYBm)
Remove the five screws and cleaning brush to access the back cover of your Roomba.
Locate the silver suction motor (bottom right) and try spinning it a few times.
Use compressed air to blow out any debris that may be clogging the motor.
If cleaning the motor does not fix the Error 11 issue, you may need to replace the cleaning head module. If your Roomba is still under warranty, contact iRobot customer service for assistance. If not, you can order a replacement cleaning head module online and replace it yourself. Refer to the provided link for more information.

This was very helpful, thanks! I didn't have to get a replacement part but I did have to clean the circuit board and wires under the metal cover as you showed. Didn't work until I took it all apart again and cleaned that section thoroughly.

Error 11 means that the bin is not funciónating. Make sure to get accesories

It means loss of suction, which can be caused by bin also..

Expensive thing.. only got the vacuum for a year, not using it that much.

If your Roomba has a Error 11, meaning you have to change the cleaning module.

But before you get a cleaning module, try cleaning out the little silver disc and blowing it out after you open the Roomba from the bottom to make sure it’s not clogged and spinning freely
