I used to take your classes when I lived in Melbourne (I think it was at Shining light?). I am now in Sydney and while there are some lovely yin teaches here, they all talk and talk and talk and and seem to find holding silence as we hold the poses quite difficult. Your classes have the perfect mix of speaking with intention and holding the space in silence and I go so much deeper and feel so much more at peace at the end so thank you🙏

Love this practice - I'm preparing to teach a liver/gallbladder themed Yin class this evening and this practice really helped me feel into the spaciousness of my body. Thank you for sharing 💚

I love this! I’m in the middle of a 200hr yin training with a teacher who teaches sooooo Yin-like it’s almost restorative. It’s made me question how I teach ☹️ I love being reminded that breath work and gentle movement in yin is still yin and being inspired by your teaching and wisdom always! Thank you Karina!

Thank you for connecting and reaching out! Intention is everything hey! And dogmatic rules can be tough to flow with. I hope you are having an amazing journey with your teacher training. x
