    This 45 minute yin yoga sequence has a focus on shapes to gently move and support the spine, followed by pranayama and savasana.
    Guided by Karina, this sequence can comfortably be done at home to help you wind down from your day and prepare for sleep.

    Butterfly
    Reclined pose
    Twisted roots
    Dragonfly
    Pranayama
    Meditation
    Savasana
