I think, hum mic wahan place krenge jahan uss mic ki position dono songers ke mouth se equidistant ho. Aur microphone ka gain bhi accordingly hi set krenge.
Dono ke beech mein
Lambe waale ko bas thoda sur niche krke gaana hoga aur chhote waale ko sur upar krke
Dono ke mouth Ka height Ka average me. Thora mic tilt Karke.
Aur dono Ka distance bhi 15-20cm tak Hona chahiye maybe.

We can ask the singer (who is shorter) to stand on some kind of platform (or any prop) in order to match both of their heights Or we can ask both of them to sit in such a way that they both are at an equal distance and height from the microphone!
