Thanks for the nice talk!
I’m really really really happy that this company is FINALLY at Sweetwater! I know Glenn from Specter Sounds always talks about these mics and the company as a whole. Really want to buy a full set of mics to be able mic up a full drum set and would like to get a few more mics to mic up a guitar cabinet ;)
Thanks for the kind words :)
@@LEWITT-audio You’re very welcome! (:
I have a pair pf the LCT 440 Pure mics an a pair of the LCT 140 AIR and they all sound Fantastic! The super affordable price tag is just a bonus. Thank you Lewitt, you guys are killing it!
Hearing this makes us very happy! Thank you!
Mitch always does a fine interview and this one is right on. Excited to learn of this innovative company and the quality and affordability. Michael Elsner mentioned the LCT 940 in a vid, so of course I went to Sweetwater to check it out and listened to the whole interview. Good success on your goals to bring quality mics into the 21st century, you guys. Can't wait to check one out.
Some of my favorite mics on the planet. The 440 Pure is arguably one of the best bangs for the buck in the condenser world. It's hard to believe it cost what it does.
I have the Lewitt LCT 640 ST. Incredible microphone!
I have a LTC 240 Pro and love it! Glad Sweetwater is carrying these mics because I will definitely be buying more in the future
Thanks for your support!
@@LEWITT-audio Thanks for making great gear!
Congrats Sweetwater and Lewitt. I've been extremely pleased with the performance and versatility of my *Lewitt DTP Beat Kit Pro 7* drum mic kit (use them for many other sources as well!), and a pair of the original *LCT-550* LDCs (no longer available but replaced by the LCT-540 Pro, I think). Would love to add the LCT-1040 to my arsenal.
That's great to hear!
It's about time Sweetwater! Lewitt has been blowing minds and saving wallets for a while. Glad you're giving them greater exposure and adding them to your family of products :)
Thanks for you nice words!

I have the lct 840, it's beautiful sounding. I use it over the AKG c414 and warm 87 most of the time. If I upgrade it'll be the 1040 for sure.
I've got quite a few high end tube mics (high end in relationship to price,) but I'm constantly reaching for the 840 first. I've got the 1040 and 940, but when it comes to the perfect tube sound I prefer the 840.
Love to hear it!
Lewitt is a great microphone! I have several. All of them exced their price.
That's great to hear!
It's great to see Lewitt being added to the Sweetwater family. I love my 441 flex mic and I can highly recommend that mic. Looking forward to getting their tom mics too for drums
23 minutes well spent! Looking forward to recording with my brand new stereo pair of lct 140 air. Now I want the 540 S too 🤣. You Lewitt people are doing an awesome job 👌🎙️🎶
Thanks for your comment! Greetings from Austria
I have drum mics and guitar cab mics. I do not have a vocal microphone yet. I am not 100% sure on what I want to get yet, but Lewitt is sounding like a good way to go.
What type of vocals?
@@legacyShredder1 hard rock. Both singing and screaming.
@@mondragon9282 I would consider a dynamic for the screaming side.
Have the 440 Pure (mostly vocal and guitar cab use) and 040 Match (drum overheads) and they are fantastic. Glad Sweetwater has them now... (for future purchases :) )
Wow. Thanks for showcasing these mics. I had never heard of Lewitt before. Good sound and cool tech! Love the consideration that went into automated mic matching. I see pairs of 040s and 440s joining my kit in the not-so-distant future... 💸
Quiet microphones for very challenging performances. Quality recordings and sound reinforcement. ✨
Great video & overview of Lewitt mics! They look and sound impressive.
Like I hear in other fields, passionate engineers run the company. It's the only way to be successful. Wishing you all the best of success!
Welp, im convinced! Imma buy a 440 :)
440 is a great mic for sure. I've got a pair. No complaints.

BOUT TIME!!!!
Informative interview
💥💥💥
interview sound good have buy one ok Lewitt mic
Awesome stuff. What boom arm is that? thanks!
What boom arms are being used in this interview? I've had a difficult time setting up my Lewitt with the shock mount at the angle I'd like. In this video the angle I been trying is working. Seems like I need new boom arms
Hey Justicewonder, a good boom arm is always nice! Taking a look at the knobs and the slightly out of focus badge on the base and the cable routing, looks like these are the Warm Audio boom arms:
www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/WAMBA--warm-audio-wa-mba-broadcast-microphone-boom-arm
Very nice arms with an internal counterbalance along with those knobs for locking the arms in place if need be! Comes with a clamp and through mounts for your desk.
If there is anything else you need for your set-up, or you need to chat about something else, just give me a ring!
