This was her best performance, I like how she tapped into the emotion that we never really got to see this season and showed us another side of herself. I really love the note she did at the end as well!! She deserves to get into the lives!

I can't stop listening to Maddi's songs. I still can't believe how she was left out of the final. Asher was a worthy champion but she was right there too. The versatility of her performances is just mesmerizing. All of the coaches referred to her as a star and they are right!

Maddi absolutely should have won the season. As always there were plenty of lovely singers, but Maddi has more than just a nice instrument. Her performances are stellar, and if you want to say 'It's supposed to be about voice, nothing else' and we hypothetically accept that, what are we supposed to do with most of her competitors slipping out of key? I don't know if it's natural talent or she outworks the rest of them to turn in those technically perfect performances, but combined with the artistic choices and showmanship *and* her voice she's undeniably the star of the season.

I've never seen such a high percentage of viewers say they want to see an artist go to the next round: 93 percent on this performance. If she makes the playoffs, she has a strong chance to take it all.
Flawless vocal, no notes! She was connected emotionally from start to finish with the emotion! I thought her runs were not overdone but only enhanced the emotion and falsetto moment at the end gave me full body chills! She ate this up!

That was a terrific version of the song. I've never heard it sung it quite the same way. Forceful, compelling. I really liked the way she did that mic too. She fastened it right below her "shoulder"; it became a glittery part of the outfit. It won't be the last time we see that idea. There is some real talent here.

this song is timeless and sooo many people did their own covers also there were so many styles and arrangement as well. The point is when you urge to sing the song in front of the audience you need to do your own style and be authentic. Once you did that, you're unstoppable

I have been following this artist for years. Her cover of the Bruno Mars hit 'Just the Way You Are', is my favorite version of that song. This performance was flawless! She has only gotten better as she has matured into the young woman she is.

It hit like a bumerang, the strong sadness of it, beacuse it is said and heartbreaking because this person can be unavailable for you. you don't have a chance. I think everyone at least once felt it like he couldn't live without someone beacuse there was something about this person and maybe there was no way to be together

This has been a good year for the show. They have some very outstanding contestants and the judges have been really good too. I didn't think Reba could do the job but she's made a few adjustments and fits in nicely. The rest of the judges are really good as well. There are several who could win this show and have a successful career. There is one who fits into todays culture and will make it big whether she wins or not. She wants it and has done everything right to get it. It's good to see.
