It's funny that you said that whenever you were in Asia and someone had one of the pans with the little circles you recommended always buying their food. I actually bought 2 pans like that last year so I could make those at home. If you can't find one from Asia in the USA, you can search for a cast iron "Swedish pancake pan" and find ones that have either less shallow holes or the exact same half sphere ones, then use tapioca flour and rice flour to make all kinds of things you have seen RUclipsrs eat on the street in Asia. Because they are made with tapioca or rice flour they are gluten free, unless you use something like a soy sauce that contains wheat. You should try the leaves they give you with your foods, some have strong flavors meant to go with the meat and accompany it.

Sonny, when will you come to Indonesia again? If you visit Indonesia don't forget to visit Surabaya. We have some unique food in here like rujak cingur (salad with peanut sauce and cow nose), rawon ( beef soup but the soup is black), and many more.
For you who wandering about this location of this market.
Hồ thị kỷ in District 10.
Something about finding out his wife is the holding the camera and he is sharing is quarky self and all this with her. Very wholesome.
I’m not craving most of these foods but I keep coming back just to listen to Sonny’s voice. It cheers me up every time😊
Sonny how does it feel to be back to where you call home? I love your videos! I hope you never stop! Thanks for all you do to show us the food of the world!
Nicely said ❤❤

Iv been following Sonny for soooo long, that I remember when he first started filming in Vietnam, and he would try snails, he was hilarious. He had to drink a bunch of beer to get them down. Then he didn’t know that u weren’t supposed to eat the button cap of the snail. Lol. watching him eat this stuff now cracks me up.
Lol... you're trying a bug fan. I enjoy his videos too. Everything he eats looks very delicious

I like Vietnamese food especially the hot pot
I've been gone for a little bit. Last I saw he was forced out of Vietnam and had to move back to the States. What happened? I need the deets!
These types of shows were one of my favorites so I am glad to see them back. We outsiders get to see you eating interesting, weird and good food which I absolutely LOVE!
Funny how you said weird 😅 what's weird about Asian street foods
Love this series!💗 the foods look so delicious!
I looove street food!🖤
Their foods look so delicious. I would love to go there one day and try it.
I see two ways to make this an actual challenge: either adjust the budget to match the local economy, or tackle the whole $100 budget like a competitive eater.
But then it wouldn’t be a challenge
Let's not have his stomach burst lol
He used to be a mammoth 🦣 , gotta respect his discipline not to eat the whole $100 in one sitting now and pay more attention to his health.
Or add a second person lmao.

What a coincidence! My mouth got watery while it started raining in Saigon when you were filming and I watched your video
Sonny, I'm new to this channel, but not your other channel. I kinda tripped up to it after your what you can't eat Mexican seafood 🦞.
So I subscribed and I I love it.
Does your wife go out with you on all of your videos. I really enjoy this channel it's a little more more low key for me. However, in your other video channel it's more important. You're teaching all of us how the cultures of the world work.
Keep up the amazing work 💯🦐🦞🦀🦑🐙🪼🪼🦪🦂🐚🐌
@@stacylewin-champoux3741 He makes really cool videos. I see you're a very good fan of Sonny. Do you agree with everything he says?

I love vietnamese food very healthy and yummy❤️
So true. No argument on that. Literally the most delicious food in the whole of asin. 😅 I don't think anyone else would think otherwise
As a Vietnamese, this is pure eye candy
Agreed. I'm also Vietnamese.
It's not even a challenge anymore, this series just shows that you can have great food with reasonable prices.
The quality of this channel is excellent
Vietnam seems like a nice place. Looks like people generally leave you alone and don't bother you without a reason.
04:51 it looks like it's raining but in the previous and the following shot it's completely dry.
Could you please do a video about vegetarian Vietnamese Food Culture :))
haha, this insane too :))) +1 for ideas
Well done Sonny, your Vietnamese is getting better. Always a great insight on all the different interesting types of food over there. Really enjoy your videos. Keep it up
Thank you for visiting our country Vietnam🥰
