Hello very informative video, The time remaining on the display is not the same in the jog wheel info pad display. Mine does the same thing.
Can i use send return into an audio interface like the audient id22? Just wondering so I can maybe condense my setup. I already have two mics plugged into yhat interface but want to see if i can mash them all together in one interface vs using two on windows

Second part, if I understand correctly, is possible on Mac, it's called aggregation, don't know if the same thing can be done on Windows.
@DJSTUFF Hello, how yo connect everything I have the XDJ XZ also bought the RMX-1000 and the Merrys Polymoon how do you connect all together can you Please show a diagram on how exactly is connected in your video I really appreciate that thank you!!!
You can’t connect together cause the RMX-1000 doesn’t really work fine on XDJ-XZ.
So Polymoon on send, return on aux for exemple.
And RMX on Master between XDJ and speakers.
Thank you!!! For answer ok I thought that we can connect both at the same time and use the switch from the Polymoon to help the RMX -1000 to work properly on the XZ like the 900 nexus 2
You can try, put like a Xone the RMX on the XDJ-XZ is a pain to use.

Also , since there is no SEND pot/knob on each channel strip would you call tge XZ SEND (L+R) a PRE or POST fader send?

Unfortunatly I don’t have the unit anymore like other reviewers and so I can’t answer that with the device :-/
But if you watch the video I think it’s post fader cause sometimes I level down my fader, cut the music but FX still there. You can play with dry/wet knob if you don’t have send knob OR you buy a passive volume knob between the unit and you FX, like :

you have to be super careful with this, it works fine if you have the effects seltor to just one channel, but if you select fx to master you will create a feedback loop which is very piercing and can damage your speakers! (and ears)

Lots of mixers have fx loop on the master ( Condesa, Bozak, Allen & Heath... ) and no issue too.
But first, it was made for DJS-1000 :-)
@@DJSTUFF on the video you had the fx selector to a specific channel, test it on master
You will have Phasing, not Larsen piercing sound blowing your ears and speakers :-)

Yep, of course, RMX-500/1000 don’t have dry/wet setting, so everything goes in and and, and you have this problem with Master assign. Take a pedal with dry/wet and you will not have this issues. But yes it can be dangerous ^^
Hello , I have the XZ unit I want to add the RMX 1000. If I keep the effect just to the channel then will it work the same or do I still to use the return on the other channel
How would I wire it up only to be used on deck 1 all the time or deck 2
Totally confused still
Q. Can the XZ or Rmx be MODIFIED with Wet/dry switch added with additional pots .?

You can return to 1 channel and when you make a fx you cut the original channel. It’s like on Xone:92/96.

Same as an other device.
Entre by the send, return by aux or a channel. Use the wet option if it’s inside.
How do you connect an rmx1000 to this really stuck
You put the input of the RMX to the send, and after the output to the AUX.
TheDJSTUFF but wil it do effects on the tracks or will it just be used as a separate channel where you can only add the kicks etc
You can use it like a effect, in the same situation you saw in the video.

It’s not dangerous, it is not working properly. It’s send and a RMX works fine with a insert. So you can use it like a Xone:92/96. It is what I say in the video.
The main idea for this video is : with a XDJ-XZ you should use other FXs as RMX. You can use but it’s not the best unit for that.
At the beginning this send was made for a DJS-1000, every body as to remember ;-)
