    Chile they could have kept my BSN. I was eager to get it and barely want to work. No difference in pay for an ADN vs BSN as I have realized LTC is where it's at for me. Luckily my BSN was only around 10k and I can make that and pay it back in no time.

      right! That was a hard listen for me. They are not obligated to pay you a penny more for having your BSN.

    I want to go into aesthetic/cosmetic nursing but I’m unsure on if I should do RN or BSN to be able to attend aesthetic program. I’m currently a CNA

    • @adamdashawn
      @adamdashawn  2 месяца назад +1

      You don’t need a BSN to do aesthetics. Just do RN.

    I’m so confused Bryant and Stratton college offers the bsn program but it says your still not an rn? Can you plz explain this to me 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

    • @adamdashawn
      @adamdashawn  5 месяцев назад +1

      BSN is a degree and RN is a license. After you finish a BSN degree, you still are not technically a RN until you pass the licensure exam called the NCLEX. Make sense?

    With BSN can you do more cosmetic? Botox, Fillers, face contours, Dermos etc

    • @adamdashawn
      @adamdashawn  8 месяцев назад +1

      I don’t believe a BSN is necessary for that. An RN license is needed because these are clinical tasks.

    Does an international nurse who holds Bachelor's in nursing recognized as BSN RN in USA after passing the Nclex?

    • @adamdashawn
      @adamdashawn  7 месяцев назад +1

      I think it is more complicated to be a licensed nurse in the US.

    question what path would go?
    RN TO BSN
    OR
    RN TO MSN
    my plan is to join airforce nurse and they required bachelor but msn is higher than bsn so i think it will be better , but if i choose rn to msn what will i missed?

    • @adamdashawn
      @adamdashawn  Год назад

      if you goal is MSN, I would do RN to MSN, they will award you a BSN during the program because I think you must have a BSN before you acquire a Masters
