Second that comes to mind would be Gene Lebell who was a close friend of Bruce Lee . Lebell was a wrestler , a 9th degree black belt in jujutsu and 10th degree in judo . Lee and Lebell would teach each other fighting techniques Lebell would show Lee grappling moves while Lee would show Lebell striking moves . Lebell was in the first ever MMA contest where he took on boxer Milo Savage and choked him out . He also choked out martial artist Steven Seagal . Lebell and Lee definately toughest actors
Toughest actor hmmmm . The first that comes to mind is Bruce Lee . Kato , Fist of Fury , Chinese Connection , Return of the Dragon against Chuck Norris , Enter the Dragon and Game of Death . Not only would he be the toughest actor of all times but the greatest martial artist also . Who made his own fighting style Jeet Kune Do . In order for any of these 15 to be tougher they would need a gun LOL
