I think that whenever they get around to Jack vs. Grinch, they NEED to have the fight animated in that claymation style that they showed off a couple times. The intro and outro of the animation could be shown in illustrated pages like a Dr. Seuss book and you can also have it go into a hand-drawn style when Jack goes into the paraphernalia wagon. But the majority of it needs to be claymation. It just makes too much sense.

Something that makes the debate for Dipper vs. Conan a little more interesting is that while Conan has better ranged options, Dipper could just shrink them and make them useless, and it could give Dipper the chance to get in close, so saying that Conan can just outrange Dipper would be a little easier said than done, especially when he could apparently reflect projectiles if timed correctly with his arm guantlet thing, so he could literally return to sender Conan’s soccer balls.

Leaning towards Max Sterling vs Thundercracker, but I could also see Rick/Hikaru vs Jetfire for the toy connection (OG Jetfire was just a repaint of Rick's mech, which had to be changed in the animated series so it could air in Japan).

A fellow Professor Layton fan? Hell yeah! While I'm not big on seeing Layton himself enter Death Battle (regardless of if he wins or loses; I don't think I could bear to see him die or kill someone), seeing that world and characters discussed on Death Battle would be amazing. Imagine Wiz and Boomstick redesigned to fit the Layton artstyle. A recent Layton matchup I came up with was Don Paolo vs Count Olaf from A Series of Unfortunate Events, curious to hear what you think about it!
I think you just sold me on Cuphead vs Bendy. I was fairly iffy on the match up initially, but it sounds like it could be a lot of fun with all the recent stuff both have gotten.
If I had a nickel for every Top 10 Wanted Death Battle that had Felix vs Pac-Man and a frog based matchup, I had have two nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.
My most wanted matchup is Springtrap vs Junko Strength: Springtrap, to start he is stated to be stronger as Springtrap then he was as William Afton in The Twisted Ones Graphic Novel. Admittedly most of Springtrap’s main feats come from scaling to other characters so prepare for a lot of that. Ok for starters as William Afton he is able to overpower the original animatronics in the eight bit mini games and a popular theory states that he may have hacked into the animatronics before this, but it is stated in Henry’s monologue in the sixth game that he specifically overpowered them why is this important? You may ask because they were able to easily overpowered the twisted animatronics and in the graphic novel it is showed that twisted Freddy is able to casually and easily break through a wall, which means that through the power scaling chain. twisted animatronics-Wall Level of power ⬇️ Original animatronics - easily beats twisted ⬇️ William Afton- easily beats original crew (WEAKER THAN springtrap power) Another power scale for William Afton’s power relates to the funtimes were at one point he dismantles them as Springtrap, but in a weak state and one of the fun time animatronics is Balora who was able to take two strikes from the scooper which has the power to destroy the body of a grown male adult which is calculated to be small building level and that was an a single strike so basically Springtrap (weaken form) ⬆️ Balora (can take two small building level attacks before being defeated) (I’m not saying that spring trap can disintegrate a small building in a single punch. I’m just saying that he has a striking force equivalent to things that can) Junko Scales to the Ultimate Boxer in the anime she beats him off screen, but still physically overpowered him and he scales and a character who was able to cut a large building in half with a knife and scales above Nekomoru who took a shit so hard he cleared a huge chunk of a forest so yeah Junko (by herself) ⬆️ Ultimate boxer ⬆️ Nekomoru (took a shit strong enough to clear a forest) ⬆️ Random character (cut a building in half vertically with a knife) Durability: Spring trap admittedly doesn’t have great feats in durability but here it is anyway, In the Fnaf movie as William Afton wearing a withering springbonnie suit was able to take a point blank shot from a Glock 22 without it piercing him, which for my calculation is about wall level (Not Springtrap yet) Another durability feat is as 15 foot tall Afton Amalgamation took a full speed Forklift (15 miles per hour) crashing into him and he took no damage and instantly incorporated the Forklift into himself on contact Junko has one durability feat that completely stomps out everything William has Junko died from the ultimate punishment, but before she died, she withstood 1000 baseballs being shot at her so fast that they tore a dude apart when he went through the same punishment Being spun so fast to the point it turned a different dude into minced meat Being burned alive then crushed with the full force of a fire truck Being attacked with the full force of a crane, which tore apart another person Suffocating in space with no oxygen and then crashing down into earth And then died after going through all of that back to back and then being crushed by 2 tons of steel Which can be strongly argued to be small planet level of durability, which is insane Hax: Springtrap has a Ludacris amount of powers. I’ll try listing as many as I can now. .Illusions (sound illusion discs and illusion gas and maybe passively? from the silver eyes trilogy and Fazbear frights book series respectfully) .Instant death touch (Fazbear fights epilogue) . Agony boost (the more pain springtrap feels the faster and stronger and more potent his abilities become but his physical form and spiritual form become more unstable the more he is in the state.) .Soul manipulation (this can be used to stop himself from dying stop others from ascending/moving on to the afterlife) . Metal manipulation/absorption (Fazbear frights epilogue, can be used to increase his size durability and power and can absorb other machines abilities and can regenerate his body from nothing very slowly though, and takes an effort. works instantaneously his absorption anyway) . possession (can work on any object or person can only work on person if they have a week will or if they’ve been manipulated by him/aren’t aware of his presence isn’t used often) Junko Junko herself doesn’t really have any abilities of her own, but her Monokuma’s on the other hand do and she has access to all of them at any time . Monokuma (basic infantry unit has sharp claws and is slightly weaker than Junko herself) .Big Bang Monokuma (pretty much a giant robot piloted by Junko inside of the Monokuma‘s head) (does not have sentence when not piloted) .Beast Monokuma (a slightly bigger more feral Monokuma with sharper fangs and claws) .Ball Monokuma (can accurately throw garbage at people and rolls around to crush enemies that’s it) .Junk monokuma (disfigured, defective, and elongated is stronger and more durable than original. Mankuma can jump forward faster than other Monokuma variants can move) (does not have sentience) . destroyer Monokuma (can fly using a Jetpack has a flamethrower and can shoot missiles.) .bomber Monokuma (has bulletproof vest and helmet throws grenades long range) .siren Monokuma (alerts other Monokuma’s to an enemies location and can mic sounds as well as cause ear damage) .on top of this og monokuma can assemble machinery equal to the speed where he does anything else, exercise ghosts, wipe minds, and is a free thinking sentient AI 100% loyal to Junko, and boogie down Speed: Springtrap is able to move faster than human perception in the twisted ones. He is able to dash at a person, grab them by their throat and throw them across the room before he was able to realize Springtrap was there and in the same book is compared to a race car, this can be backed up with the fact that he’s able to outrun and catch up to foxy who is compared to a car in terms of speed also in an interview it stated that the animatronics moving from camera to camera is not part of the gameplay or teleportation. It’s just straight up how fast they move which is backed up in the book the week before Junko has the same speed as a Monokuma who themselves are able to move so fast they create a perfect after image To compare Springtrap: 2,200 miles per hour Junko: 186,000 miles per hour That’s a almost 85x speed difference in favor of Junko Weaknesses and IQ feats Springtrap . created sentient AI in the 1980s perhaps earlier . discovered immortality and how to harvest remnant (the physical matter of spirits, ghosts made out of agony infused inside of liquid metal) . was trapped in a purgatory state by a super powerful spirit in a death game and managed to win and escape said purgatory . Got away with several child murders . Can manipulate people into becoming a servants quite easily Weaknesses . Extreme heat can destroy physical form and disable his remnant which causes immense pain and can shoot his soul into the afterlife though it is not instantaneous. I was really surprised to see someone talk about Layton for Death Battle. As someone whose 2nd favourite character of all time is Layton, and as someone who nearly cried when New World of Steam got announced, since I never thought this series I cared so much about would ever come back, it’d take a lot to convince me to want to see him on the show. I think the idea of Layton killing or getting killed just doesn’t work for me, without a LOT of workarounds. I’d love the series on the show, maybe with Descole, I don’t really know, just not with Layton himself. If he ever does appear, the episode has better do everything it can to convince me. 100% on board with Cortex and Nefarious though, I want to see those two on the show, even if I prefer a few of their matchups that are separate from each other.

Something cool that I would LOVE to see in Scarecrow VS Mysterio is how they would handle scarecrows inconsistent designs! Honestly how I would handle it is if at the start of the fight he's either his Movie Design or his Arkham design but once he injects the fear toxin in Mysterio he takes on his BTAS 3rd Design and at the end of the fight he's in his Injustice 2 Design as he grows to Kaiju size!
Very neat list. Especially Sly Cooper VS Lupin III and Felix The Cat VS Pac-Man seem to me like straight-up improvements over their more commonly known matchups. But I need to ask, is Laytons eldritch hat a one off gag, or is there an actual story behind it?
It's from the Cheerful Mystery gag manga, so it's not canon to the game. It's just the payoff to everyone wondering why Layton never takes his hat off. But given how many versions of Holmes there are, I'd say it's more than fair to use material like Cheerful Mystery ^^

Also, comping Bendy with the FAILED ATTEMPT AT CREATING HIM sounds like a bad idea to me. How I see it, just use their cartoon variations and have it be a prank war where things get out of hand. That would also allow them to return again if we do that. Thoughts?

Aside from giving Cuphead a voice the Cuphead Show doesn't really have any feats that could be used for a Death Battle. The series is mostly a comedy and heavily nerfs Cuphead. He still hasn't received his powers from his grandpa. Which is the reason he's able to fight all of those bosses. Without them he's just a bumbling goofball that has to run from all of his enemies. Which he does quite a lot on the show.

Nice choices, though I disagree with who wins in Bendy vs Cuphead. While yes, Cuphead is stronger than Toon Bendy, The Ink Demon is EXPONENTIALLY more powerful and is basically invincible. He's also resisted Audrey's Banish ability which is said to erase a target completely down to their very soul as Toon Bendy; so the Ink Demon could probably resist Cuphead's pencil.
@dianjelogalvan4342 You’re assuming that Cuphead has access to his storybook and assuming that would even work even though you have no proof of it. The End reel is a very specific film reel designed to reset the cycle; so showing The Ink Demon a picture of the words The End probably wouldn’t work. And the odds of Cuphead happening to come across The End reel during the fight are highly unlikely, if not impossible.
Then again, we don’t know if his helmet is akin to a gas mask or like scuba diving gear with oxygen masks and gas tanks, ASSUMING he doesn’t just send a robot and is actually there.
@@Spritefightman, little things here. 1. Mysterio has exposed himself to and worked with fear inducing gas before from Daredevil villain Mr Fear. 2. Mysterio's costume including his helmet is completely airtight with its own oxygen supply. So Scarecrow's gas isn't getting in, leaving injecting the toxin into Beck as Crane's only way of getting the toxin in, which Mysterio wouldn't allow with crazy illusions being able to fool Wolverine's senses. And thanks to the suit's Sonar ability, Crane can't sneak up on Mysterio.

A fellow Professor Layton fan? Hell yeah! While I'm not big on seeing Layton himself enter Death Battle (regardless of if he wins or loses; I don't think I could bear to see him die or kill someone), seeing that world and characters discussed on Death Battle would be amazing. Imagine Wiz and Boomstick redesigned to fit the Layton artstyle.

I think you just sold me on Cuphead vs Bendy. I was fairly iffy on the match up initially, but it sounds like it could be a lot of fun with all the recent stuff both have gotten.
If I had a nickel for every Top 10 Wanted Death Battle that had Felix vs Pac-Man and a frog based matchup, I had have two nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.
My most wanted matchup is Springtrap vs Junko
Strength:
Springtrap, to start he is stated to be stronger as Springtrap then he was as William Afton in The Twisted Ones Graphic Novel. Admittedly most of Springtrap’s main feats come from scaling to other characters so prepare for a lot of that. Ok for starters as William Afton he is able to overpower the original animatronics in the eight bit mini games and a popular theory states that he may have hacked into the animatronics before this, but it is stated in Henry’s monologue in the sixth game that he specifically overpowered them why is this important? You may ask because they were able to easily overpowered the twisted animatronics and in the graphic novel it is showed that twisted Freddy is able to casually and easily break through a wall, which means that through the power scaling chain.

In the Fnaf movie as William Afton wearing a withering springbonnie suit was able to take a point blank shot from a Glock 22 without it piercing him, which for my calculation is about wall level (Not Springtrap yet)
Another durability feat is as 15 foot tall Afton Amalgamation took a full speed Forklift (15 miles per hour) crashing into him and he took no damage and instantly incorporated the Forklift into himself on contact
Junko has one durability feat that completely stomps out everything William has
Junko died from the ultimate punishment, but before she died, she withstood
1000 baseballs being shot at her so fast that they tore a dude apart when he went through the same punishment
Being spun so fast to the point it turned a different dude into minced meat
Being burned alive then crushed with the full force of a fire truck
Being attacked with the full force of a crane, which tore apart another person
Suffocating in space with no oxygen and then crashing down into earth
And then died after going through all of that back to back and then being crushed by 2 tons of steel
Which can be strongly argued to be small planet level of durability, which is insane

Springtrap is able to move faster than human perception in the twisted ones. He is able to dash at a person, grab them by their throat and throw them across the room before he was able to realize Springtrap was there and in the same book is compared to a race car, this can be backed up with the fact that he’s able to outrun and catch up to foxy who is compared to a car in terms of speed also in an interview it stated that the animatronics moving from camera to camera is not part of the gameplay or teleportation. It’s just straight up how fast they move which is backed up in the book the week before
Junko has the same speed as a Monokuma who themselves are able to move so fast they create a perfect after image
To compare
Springtrap: 2,200 miles per hour
Junko: 186,000 miles per hour
That’s a almost 85x speed difference in favor of Junko

mysterio's death battle would ABSOLUTELY involve him faking his death, possibly more than once.
I was really surprised to see someone talk about Layton for Death Battle. As someone whose 2nd favourite character of all time is Layton, and as someone who nearly cried when New World of Steam got announced, since I never thought this series I cared so much about would ever come back, it’d take a lot to convince me to want to see him on the show.
I think the idea of Layton killing or getting killed just doesn’t work for me, without a LOT of workarounds. I’d love the series on the show, maybe with Descole, I don’t really know, just not with Layton himself. If he ever does appear, the episode has better do everything it can to convince me.
100% on board with Cortex and Nefarious though, I want to see those two on the show, even if I prefer a few of their matchups that are separate from each other.

Something cool that I would LOVE to see in Scarecrow VS Mysterio is how they would handle scarecrows inconsistent designs! Honestly how I would handle it is if at the start of the fight he's either his Movie Design or his Arkham design but once he injects the fear toxin in Mysterio he takes on his BTAS 3rd Design and at the end of the fight he's in his Injustice 2 Design as he grows to Kaiju size!

Especially Sly Cooper VS Lupin III and Felix The Cat VS Pac-Man seem to me like straight-up improvements over their more commonly known matchups.
But I need to ask, is Laytons eldritch hat a one off gag, or is there an actual story behind it?
It's from the Cheerful Mystery gag manga, so it's not canon to the game. It's just the payoff to everyone wondering why Layton never takes his hat off.
But given how many versions of Holmes there are, I'd say it's more than fair to use material like Cheerful Mystery ^^
@@ribbittheatreFor Cuphead vs. Bendy, I don’t think Ink Demon turning into Cuphead would mean that he just has Cartoon Cuphead’s powers. To me, the cage of the Ink Demon just so happened to be Bendy. Also, comping Bendy with the FAILED ATTEMPT AT CREATING HIM sounds like a bad idea to me. How I see it, just use their cartoon variations and have it be a prank war where things get out of hand. That would also allow them to return again if we do that. Thoughts?
The Most Wanted Death Battle I want is a Rematch between Ben 10 and Hal Jordan Green Lantern.
Why if you no ben going to loose and besides ben has a better matchup that is fair and make more sense Ben 10 vs Jaden Yuki it's fair and makes sense and if you want a really good ben 10 death battle let's finally have Vilgax vs Ridley.
Bugs has also left the cartoon as well. He's even sat down at the animators table and done some animating.

Aside from giving Cuphead a voice the Cuphead Show doesn't really have any feats that could be used for a Death Battle. The series is mostly a comedy and heavily nerfs Cuphead. He still hasn't received his powers from his grandpa. Which is the reason he's able to fight all of those bosses. Without them he's just a bumbling goofball that has to run from all of his enemies. Which he does quite a lot on the show.

Nice choices, though I disagree with who wins in Bendy vs Cuphead. While yes, Cuphead is stronger than Toon Bendy, The Ink Demon is EXPONENTIALLY more powerful and is basically invincible. He's also resisted Audrey's Banish ability which is said to erase a target completely down to their very soul as Toon Bendy; so the Ink Demon could probably resist Cuphead's pencil.

@dianjelogalvan4342 You’re assuming that Cuphead has access to his storybook and assuming that would even work even though you have no proof of it. The End reel is a very specific film reel designed to reset the cycle; so showing The Ink Demon a picture of the words The End probably wouldn’t work. And the odds of Cuphead happening to come across The End reel during the fight are highly unlikely, if not impossible.

1. Mysterio has exposed himself to and worked with fear inducing gas before from Daredevil villain Mr Fear.
2. Mysterio's costume including his helmet is completely airtight with its own oxygen supply. So Scarecrow's gas isn't getting in, leaving injecting the toxin into Beck as Crane's only way of getting the toxin in, which Mysterio wouldn't allow with crazy illusions being able to fool Wolverine's senses. And thanks to the suit's Sonar ability, Crane can't sneak up on Mysterio.
