I cried within the first 5 minutes of this video. As a light worker and professional clairvoyant reader who's learned everything the "hard way", I have just entered my next level of learning, the physical body. My body is currently gaining weight, going through menopause, having allergic reactions, experiencing drug induced lupus and now a UTI. It has felt like my body has turned on me as my mind, emotions and life all have improved and feel pretty good (finally). With Matt's help, I have calmed my emotions and deepened my understanding of so many things... at the same time my body is getting pissed off at me. The video is perfect and timely as Matt's downloads always are. My deepest respect and gratitude and thank you for bringing me along to experience our new conscious Earth.

i had an experience in meditation a few years ago. my body "told me" he thought I did not like it, it felt neglected and felt second. I felt so much love for it and thanked it for letting me know, i apologized and promised it i will care for it more... was a big healing! this talk remind me of this experience, makes so much seance. Just listened to this for the second time. The first time was by accident...It came on automatically after a video I was watching intentionally and I had my hands and eyes occupied doing something else, but I've gotta say, I just loved it....It kept making me think of my mother who is both "spiritual" but also has been having a lot of health issues (Crohns Disease and other related complications) and everything you were saying just seemed to be the exact things I've been wanting to get across to her but hadn't been able to come anywhere near articulating this idea of "respecting the body"....beyond just urging her to pay attention to what her body is telling her..."you should rest when you're tired"...."why do keep pushing yourself to keep doing so much when you don't feel good? Your body is trying to tell you what it needs" etc... It seems to me this message is exactly what she needs to hear. I sent her a link, but I just spoke with her and it seems she's "too busy"..."doesn't have time"..."spends all of her time with her spiritual practice".... I feel like just "considering" this idea would potentially be huge for her...and she could miss out on it. It's a pity. This second time I was listening... I was thinking how everything you've said here could also apply to the tendency in so many people who engage in spiritual practice to treat the physical world as if it's basically trash. O.k. I may be exaggerating a little, but you know the people who deny that this world is "real" (in the same way you describe those who deny that their body is "real")?. This too is about the quality of our relationship to it...our respect for it...our willingness to give it the time it needs to "catch up". Yes, of course it's showing some pretty severe signs of "illness" in many ways, but just as you spoke about how illness in the body is not something to feel guilt or blame over, maybe IT needs US to be in "right relationship" to IT....Not only the Earth, but all of the beings in it who need time to catch up I've felt this way about our physical world for at least 25 years....Pretty much EXACTLY the way you describe it about our relationship with our bodies.... It would be so interesting if you continued along this line in regards to the rest of our physical world. I feel there are far too many who are spiritually "running from it", when what it may really need most is for "our consciousness (that's already perfect)" to respect the process of the physical realm, including the full spectrum of humanity and society, in all of its healthy/functional AND apparently dysfunctional forms...and maybe IT cannot or will not "catch up" without our conscious respectful relationship to IT.
Your teachings make complete sense to me, thank you. Two years ago I had an out of body experience where God wrapped me in his arms and I felt complete and utter exceptance and pure unconditional love. I did not want to come back to earth, but I did. Since then I have felt resentment that I came back to this crazy earth with its 3D insanity. Matt, you've perfectly put into words the reason why God sent me back here, to be a master and shine the light for others to follow. I have to say that this didn't make sense to me but still I felt compelled to listen to the whole thing, this was in the AM. After 9 PM I held up my hands and stared at them as if I was seeing them for the first time, like the awe a newborn baby must feel when they first discover their hands. I then looked over my body as if it was the first time I saw it. It looked the same but something was different within. Not just within my mind but within my body as I swear I could feel the energy of my body moving around within, it was such an odd, but very cool (not in temperature) feeling. My mind still struggles to grasp what you say, but on a deeper level it understands completely. Orrrr maybe my body is telling me it's all true and my mind now needs to catch up.Whatever it is, I do feel differently. Thanks for this eye opening, mind challenging video.
