This is easily one of the most powerful teachings Matt has shared in a while, at least for me. It is almost hyper-specific how much I needed to hear this, on this very day. Within the first minute, this triggered an emotional catharsis in me (a fancy way of saying I totally lost my shit) that lasted a good 30 minutes. I'm completely blown away by what this shifted in me.

True Divine timing. Thank you Julie for speaking up when Matt was talking about abuse. My mind questions the playing victim role when I speak of or think of my past. I grew up in a verbally abusive home and at 19 married a verbally abusive man. I am now 30 and have finally come to peace in my awakening for my past. As an empath I learned the lessons I needed to be the empath God wants me to be. Divine timing.. Namaste

Matt, the messages are always perfectly timed for where I am at in my life's journey. You nail it every time! The only thing that makes this better is your delightfully wicked sense of humour. I laugh and reflect deeply with every one of your teachings :).
I absolutely love this man. He is not only an extraordinary soul, he is a great teacher. He could easily be a standup comic at times. His sense of humor keeps profound teachings simple and light. Also loved his book!
Those stages-1. mind 2. heart, to 3. masc./fem. integration, are such a GREAT way to look at the progressions. I've just realized now, I am moving my healing business to integrating masculine/feminine, and heart some connection. When I started, it was a different energy, more trying to convince mind dominant people, which was too much hard work. As my own willingness to receive ease has increased, I'm able to attract those willing to hear with equal ease. THANKS. It's ALL alignment with source, but there are distinct progressions.

God...I'm often in tears ( sometimes fits of laughter) listening to Matt. His teachings really humble me and help me see the error of my ways. I aspire to feel and project the kind of love he's describing.

Moonlit Oracle I love your post and wanted to add that "Reflecting on all of that and anticipating the pain he would have to endure in body, mind, and spirit on the cross, Jesus went through an intense spiritual battle in the garden. He struggled with the temptation to save himself rather than following through with his original plan to die on the cross. So Archangel Chamuel, the angel of peaceful relationships, came from heaven to encourage Jesus to move forward with his plan so that the Creator and his creation could experience peaceful relationships with each other, in spite of sin."

Oh my goodness, so grateful. As my fellow listeners say, what divine timing! I was so ripe to hear this now. Infinite thank you's Matt Kahn. How simple it feels, when you put it like this. Yes, I just expressed to my best friend, 2 days ago, how I have lately been wondering if I have downloaded the narcissist programs, and if I have been using them, like a cult leader, to jealously keep myself hidden within, or kept small. Am I my own jealous lover? How weird! Oh yeah, those aren't mine, and there is no one to blame. The narcissistic parent from my upbringing called, right, right on cue when you were describing that aspect of of our human experience. She softened and told me she loved me, which is pretty novel for us. The norm is I tell her I love her and she says nothing, or thanks me, over 50 years into our shared journey. What you said, hits so close to home, I will listen some more. Thanks for the dance lesson on balance. It all makes perfect sense. And yes we are the brave rascals who agreed to incarnate on this big round blue ball of ghetto in the cosmos. I joke about that too! Salvaging my feelings is what I am exploring right now. What a great big endorsement from the Multiverse. Thank you for all these pearls and gems of Grace, affirmation, and wisdom. And a hearty high five on the Spiritual Narcissists. I have seen this lately.
