- SRF monk Brother Sevananda discusses how we can understand the profound wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on reincarnation and its relationship to karma - the spiritual law of cause and effect. Learning about these mysteries takes us on a journey to loving the Divine and the omnipresent Consciousness within us.
In this talk, recorded at the 2017 SRF World Convocation, Brother Sevananda explains how the divine consciousness we are seeking can be attained by putting into practice Paramahansa Yogananda’s teachings in the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons.

Br Sevananda is one of my favorite speakers. He sounds like a teen, and behaves like one joyfully carrying the Word of our Guruji. OK, they are all my favorites, sweet Unity. The Best Fountain to drink from, always from each, and every one. Jai Guru
My favorite speaker was/is BrotherAnandamoy, in fact, Brother anandamoy gave me the Kriya benedicition and was the first speaker I heard but they all resonate with me in their own way. Thanks for sharing

Absolutely. The last quote that Brother Sevananda quoted from Whispers from Eternity would have been a great addition to insert at the beginning of the movie “Awake The Life of Yogananda.” It encapsulates the reason why Master incarnated.

The wonderful laughter that echo in between shows the resonance of the audience to the discourse.......which I miss in the zoom discourses......excellent discourse with so many wisdom points..... filled with divine knowledge.... inter spacing divine humor - "How to get along with departed souls" was the highlight of the entire humorous discourse... would save this video & watch it again & again & again !!
I am so grateful for the closed captioning. Every now and then there is a word mis-captioned. On this one, it was quite fun! He said, "Woe is me." and the caption read, "Whoa is me." I do hope to "Whoa the woe" in life. OM OM OM
