@@DaleChapman-r7y nope, he almost made a mistake and dried pipes by not swallowing fast after a long note, somewhere by a little before the minute and a half of the clip, but he corrected it almost in same breath without losing that take and the next lines. Professionalism and tough chops long made resistant. The only thing recorded is the music track.
You can recognize other little details that aren't mimicked, nor it's exactly the best performance of the last years, but close to. Not sure how many takes he had to do of this until he was happy with, but I assume not too many, maybe a couple no more needed. He still nails it But I take my hat off impressed because grandpa has it ALL, the techniques and what comes from expertise, mastery at that from a Life long of performing at high levels few can reach and keep too this sweet. He has them all but the brief days of Youth, but his artistry comes through like Picasso's until his last days, you can recognize that from someone through the grays hairs and wrinkles, voice changes or moves not as quick or sharp as they used to be, he still oozes it and beams like a star in its late decades. To put all together and still deliver it without any ruining the whole act for the audience, takes still high coordination even if you are a well trained showman but overconfidence makes you fumble it. Cliff didn't even let go once, enjoyed his own performance like if it was the first times or a grand gala presentation to showcase all his best. He's done it for that loyal Public of his needing his support through this horrible lonely time in long isolation, separation among loved ones.
Yes, what we are seeing now is something put together and recorded by the same living man Legend in his Lifetime, to watch for the ages. Thanks Cliff, you didn't have to, but you delivered once more for those needing it.

This song also takes me back to 1979 I was 6 years old and it was my 1st holiday to county Kerry in Ireland 🇮🇪 my dad hired a Ford escort mk2 in green from Tralee and this song was playing on the radio . It’s amazing 😍 that songs can transport you back . Happy 😃 times . No social media rubbish or mobile phones 📱.

I am now a proud British citizen but I grew up in Bangladesh where we used to listen to Cliff at our home. I am 53 years old now. My father and uncle were his greatest fans. Our parents always told us that Cliff had the best voice in the world and I still believe that to be true.

I Love Cliff Richard. I saw him in Concert several times when I was a teenager. He's got a Great personality, such a beautiful voice.
But I must admit that my Idol of all time is Elvis Presley, he can sing just about anything. Not only Rock N Roll and the Blues, but he's amazing when he sings Gospel songs, Oooh.

Since I was a little girl who was born and raised in England..my mum!! listened to and played all of your music. It made her so happy! I find myself playing your music, as it brings allot of happiness into our home. I have passed down the music to my two sons! my mom at 75 years old..is still listening and very much enjoying. Went to London with my cousin Robert who had never been off the farm and we sat 3 rows from the front 1961 at the Palladium he wore an electric blue shiny suit sang his heart out what a great memory, I was visiting from Canada was 15 years old, loved it

I first saw Cliff in Birmingham in 1985, it was a sort of belated 21st birthday outing. He wore a bright red suit & I can still see him leaping onto the stage singing Wired For Sound. Fantastic, I'll never forget it.
I went to this show too Jayne. Think I had front row...I waited at the front of the Palladium to see him as he went in....there were actually not too many out front..and I was there very early...I went up to shake his hand and wish him luck in this gig,,,,he not only shook my hand but also kissed my cheek, he was a nice person then, no ego and I believe he still is just as nice and still good looking. During the interval, I went to a pub behind the Palladium, it was not crazily busy, but lo and behold, the Shadows were sitting there having a brew..I went over to get autographs and they asked me to join them..so I did. They were a great bunch of guys and as well mannered as Cliff. I am from UK but now live in Canada ..this is still a great memory for me.

My God he is ageless and in better shape than I'm in. I was more into rock back then but always loved his singing and voice, but him doing this for children's charity is the most impressive and important of all. Greeting and respect from the former Colonies.
