That pass on the last lap! Way to brake deeper than anyone. That ending was straight up fast and furious “dude I almost had you” moment. I could see a stadium truck in my future after watching that

Brother, you should be proud as hell!! You held the lead on the second race for 8 of the 11 laps against the best drivers in the world!!! Your an absolute legend and that was some insane driving!!!
@@raynman6466 Who is "you?" In this case, it absolutely mattered how he did during the SECOND race of his life, of this type. He was learning and also showing he can hang with the pros. The winner doesn't always move from the back of the pack, instantly to the front in one shot............that means these people have to fight to keep their place or move up to 1st. You must be very simple or have an ego, and can't see the big picture. All these people commenting are giving Cleetus credit for doing something that few could do with their first event at a professional level sport. I have done many competitions with competitors who range from absolute beginners to sponsored people and pros, all in the same group. One of the guys I took second to in a match was a legend who started that version of the sport when I was born. It was actually the first match of this type that I attended and there were around 50 people in it, but I had been practicing a lot. It absolutely matters how people do during the race, because they learn from it and figure out how to get better with practice. There are usually 16-60+ people in the matches I do, but we have different divisions. People work their way up the list and some get to the top. I did just that in one of the types of matches I do, to where I get friendly crap from the others when I show up to the local match because they know I will give them some stiff competition. Cleetus may have been dead last in this race, but his performance was amazing and I bet he learned a great deal. He may continue to practice and really begin to kick ass, just as he has done in other races.

Huge victory in my book, Cleetus. You''re a rookie that has shot past drivers with many, many years more experience to land in the first tier of competitors. The publicity from that last lap will act as a force multiplier for itself. Get thee to the media, and then be prepared to buy a new door to replace the one sponsors will soon be knockin' down!
I haven't been so excited watching a race since Earnhardt Sr., I was literally on the edge watching you Cleetus and found myself actually cheering again for a driver. I had become numb to watching races and was indifferent to who won and who was driving but you reignited my love for racing and I loved every second of watching you race
Few times in racing is the spark reignited....you have done more for motorsports since names like DALE, SHELBY, PETTY, JOHNSON, STEWART, all of yesterday..you my friend are the future legend.
Dude that's the best racing I've ever seen you do! Incredible. My heart was pumping the entire time. You went out there with very little knowledge of stadium truck racing and dominated against 20+ year vets. You shouldn't be embarrassed those guys should because an amatuer came in and shut them down on almost every corner. You won in my book man and I think you did in all the other racers books too. Great job!
I don’t usually enjoy watching this kind of racing, but having a vested interest in one of the drivers really made all the difference. I welcome any more of this kind of content. Yes, we loving seeing you and James on the 1/4 strip, but is a lot of fun too. Cheers.
Drag racing is fun but for me road racing is my fav. Pretty sure ole cleeter got bit by the dirt bug now the truck bug, i forsee a lot of this in the future
Dude...Robbie literally has 10's of thousands of hours behind the wheels of trophy trucks...from the baja 500s,1000's, Glamis etc. For you to have just a few hours in one and pass him multiple times on a sketchy fast track with some of the best braking skills I have ever witnessed all I gotta say is...wow. your a true wheel man and a Florida man.
I'm so proud of Cleetus. I never imagined he would lead that many laps and be that good during his very first weekend. It might not go down as a win, but he won some hearts with that driving!
and Robbie has a custom fitted truck, perfect peddle height, perfect steering wheel size and position ect ect, and Cleetus is in a generic borrowed truck , FACT Cleetus is a serious driver that nobody should ever take for granted
Bro, seriously? You just hopped in that thing with minimal hours under your belt AND LED THE DANG RACE for a number of laps. You battled hard AF and didn't even blink an eye when Robby Gordon was up your ass. Great great job. Also, you're killing it with the content. I love watching you get into different styles of racing. Hopefully there is more dirt track (oval) content coming down the line. 😁
I haven't got chills from watching a race in quite sometime. CLEET , you absolutely killed it out there! You got my respect and millions more out there . DO IT FOR DALE!!!
watching him dominate robbie gordon live on both cleet2 and on stadium supertrucks live , it was amazing the announcers were all baffled, cause cleetus was driving like a vet of the sport. I think the Fans loved it, and the announcers were on the hell yea Brother train. I think Robbie might try to get cleeter back sooner than we suspect.
Bro, you had me yelling “Hell yeah brother” at every turn! You held the lead for 5 laps straight and then took it back at the end like a pro!! You were definitely the MVP out there no question!
it honestly amazes me how Cleetus can get into just about anything and be so good at them. I mean like who gets in a super truck with im sure next to no seat time and is feet away from beating drivers who have years of seat time in these trucks. not even just trucks but look when he raced bristol dirt and was really good there to. My hats are off to you man
I'm a straight race fan, and I cant remember ever thinking this is cool but this dude really has no shot. Then he flat out, out drives every vet in the field, multiple times. Restarts, turn 1 and coming out of that last hairpin you smoked every truck in that race. I cant remember the last time I had a holy shit, what am I watching right now moment! This was amazing to watch.... respect
SST is the absolute best racing in the world right now. Lots of wrecks, lots of passing, and you can't ever tell who's going to win until they cross the line.
You ain't a kiddin!!! I was just sayin' the same thing! About midway through the race, when Cleetus went over that jump right on the ass of that other driver, the in-car camera view revealed that he nearly landed nose first into the back of the truck in front of him!!! And that last jump when he spun out only yards from the finish line was fun and scary as hell!!! This truly is the most exciting in-car camera race footage I have ever witnessed, without a doubt!!!
You did incredible for your first race man. The fact you even were on the same level as anybody there is amazing. Keep it up this could be something big for you!
The final race was the best watching cleet out drive the field and when he saw the finish line in the lead ..... He choked ! That was the funniest finish ever ! From hero to zero ! Lmfao !
I haven't been this fired up, edge of the seat, heart pounding watching a race since I watched Walker Evans drive short course offroad races. (Walker was my boy! One of the greatest offroad drivers ever!) You did a hell of a job Cleeter! Totally convinced there's nothing you can't drive. I (And many others I'm sure) seriously hope we get to see you do more of this. Great job!
Watched it live, tough luck. But dude I’m beyond impressed. You had that. Robby is no joke. Probably one of the best drivers to ever live. And you held him off. No one can beat you except you! 😂
Hands down one of the most exciting races in recent motorsports history. I imagine Cleetus having a biopic like Carroll Shelby and them using this race to highlight when the world started to see how talented this man is
I’ve never seen stadium trucks before 😂 this had me rolling watching them all jumping so fast! This was some of the coolest racing ever man and you did so well for so little practice! Please do this again sometime what a blast that must be!
Damn Cleetus you made us all proud. Way more than "just a RUclipsr". To go out and almost win your first weekend out, to race wheel you wheel with the 2 best in the series and hold them off, you've got nothing to be ashamed of. Very few people could've matched your performance
You know you’ve made an impact when the announcers say you had the pass of the entire weekend!! Yes you didn’t win the race but you won the hearts of the fans and the full respect of the racers! You mad them sweat! Dale would be proud
I've watched sst for years, and not only did i never expect to you to be in one of these, but you KILLED it! From someone who has seen a ton of these races, especially on long beach (one of my all time favorite tracks) this was one of the absolute most entertaining races i've ever seen. You absolutely have to go back dude. Great job.
@Bruce Cole he times his restart when the green flags come perfect..he is on it as soon as the green comes. he pulls on them everytime..thats reaction time from drag racing.. the rest is just racing crown victorians :p
Cleet, I was smiling the whole time watching that race. Way to go, and way to earn legit respect from your fellow racers. All of us are proud of you, you rocked it brother.
Duuude, you were braking like Sebastien Bourdais. You earned my respect today as a total wheelman. Not many people in the world can outbrake Robby Gordon in his own trucks. MAD RESPECT bro!
Probably one of the most exciting races I've watched. I was yelling at the TV when you spun at the finish. My wife thought someone was dying. I honestly think you can drive anything with wheels AND you aren't afraid to go all out right off the rip. You are a late braking master btw. Honestly the best Loss i've ever witnessed.
The move on the brakes into T1 on the last lap was incredible. Threshold braking is probably the hardest thing to master in track driving, and you were dancing it into the corners perfectly in a giant, heavy, floppy truck lol. Of all the crazy stuff you've done in vehicles, I think this is honestly the most impressive.
One of the most exciting races ever! Even my kids were on the edge of their seats rooting for you and they don't even like racing! Be proud of what you accomplished because not many people could hang with greats like Robby Gordon!!!!
I'm an old school desert racing fan. Like my first hero was Ivan "the Ironman" Stewart kinda old school. That was without question the best first weekend anyone has had. You proved you belong. Not just in skill, but attitude as well. These off road racers are a part of a brotherhood and you just earned your patch. I'm proud of you, we all are.
The respect you just earned from this sport from only 1 weekend of racing is unreal! You shocked a lot of people with your ability and as a long time viewer from the uk. I really hope this is something we see more of from you! ❤️❤️❤️
The man just goes hard into what ever has wheels or not. The RUclips kid from car shows to throwing down with the best in multiple styles of motorsport.
Robby was laughing his ass off chasing you around that track. Dude you drive soooooo deep into the corners, you had total faith in that truck and what it would do. That was the best race I've seen in years, looking forward to more races like that if Robby will keep you in a ride.
Well between Robbie and being sponsored by Fun Haver he will likely be back again, especially with that showing. Finished both days, truck survived with little more than typical panel damage. It would make sense for Robbie to keep him around for a while, he's only going to get better and he brings a big fan base, many of which have probably never seen this class before. Win win for everyone. Cleetus is living the life that's for sure.
It's Vaughn who would keep him in the seat as he's sponsoring the ride. I think he was gonna try and get different faces in the truck for each round for maximum exposure, but after this performance, you never know?
It's always entertaining watching experts practice their craft with precision, but it's never as exhilarating as watching a dude who's pretty sure he knows what he's doing go absolutely nuts on an opportunity. They might be the consummate professionals, but YOU sir are the true showman. You drove it like you stole it; and THAT is what I want to see in a stadium truck race.
Over the years of watching Garrett, I continue to say it more and more, this man has gotta be once of the most adaptable and fast learning drivers on the planet, I remember when he was put in a drift car after only driving neighbor and the dude looked at home, but then that exact same situation would happen with every Motorsport he tried since, Garrett, you are a legend, Dale would be proud🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I'm sure it seems short on solice but you have nothing to be ashamed of, Cleet. You held off much more experienced drivers for a majority of the race and had to battle for position multiple times towards the end of the race. Minus a little flub at the end, you seriously surpassed anyone's expectations and you made for incredible race viewing...it was WAY more exciting with you in the lead. You should take a lot of pride from your effort.
You killed it brother!!! You’re simply a good racer! Love to see it. Making good decisions, holding them off, making passes when it’s necessary, and commanding the wide lane. You’ve got me interested in another field of racing really
man, that race was incredible. really demonstrates how much of a DRIVER Garret is, put this man in anything with a motor and he'll drive the hell out of it after 20 minutes of practice.
I'm 60 yrs old, and I've been watching all forms of racing my entire life. This was hands down THE BEST, most hair-raising & exciting in-car camera racing footage I have ever witnessed........BARR NONE!!! You did one helluva job too Cleeter! Only your 2nd race and OUT-BRAKING, PASSING, AND POWER-PASSING ALL THOSE GUYS, INCLUDING WORLD CHAMPION DRIVERS.........YOU ARE ONE TALENTED SON OF A GUN BEHIND THE WHEEL CLEETER!!! When ya made that last jump wide open, got out of shape & spun out, THAT IN-CAR CAMERA FOOTAGE WAS SOME INSANELY SCARY YET EXCITING STUFF!!! Sorry about the tough break at the end, but BIG CONGRATS FOR DOING SUCH AN AMAZING JOB OF DRIVING!!!
If you Don't race this series again it would be crying shame. You rocked that field brother. The perspective in race along with the spectator view made this one hell of a video to watch. Keep it coming Brother!
I know it’s broken your heart to lose it literally feet away from the finish line, but honestly this will be remembered and talked about for a lot longer than that RUclipsr winning a race! Honestly you knocked it out of the park and really did win in most of our eyes. So much love and respect brother! Really am proud of you 👍
The main takeaway... Everyone lost to a 13 year old, even his own dad. And that, is incredibly cool. Cleet, I think you did a great job considering it was your first race, I know you will keep grinding at it and I am here for it!
Oh i dunno i feel dad could have passed him but would rather watch his son celebrate 🤷♂️ look at the end of the first race compared to how close he was riding ol cleeter
@@stanggang768 how did you read that and take it as i had a problem? I said it was a proud moment his son just beat a pack of quality racers and it seemed to me that he wanted to watch it first hand and stayed behind him to see his son win his first race. Definitely not something to have an issue with. Cleeter got pushed to the limit both great races
I don't care what the series is. Indy, Trans Am, etc. This is the best race I have seen in MANY moons! I have felt the elation, the lows and the self induced losses. NOTHING like the real competition and keeping it real!
That was literally a scene from Taladega Nights or something. The footage from inside the cab is great, it's so good, I immediatley felt like I could do better than Cleetus just from watching it LOL then when he crashed before the finnish line, that confirmed it!
you deserved that win 100%, you'll get them next time dude. this is a golden era of cleetus i can feel great things coming. people are going to notice how good you did.
Totally yelling with the announcer "Throw it in reverse!Throw it in reverse!! " and it wouldn't start... finally Cleet flops onto the finish line. Reminds me of that old ABC wide world of sports tagline, "The thrill of victory!" and "The agony of defeat!". Man's a Savage! Hope you can run with em when the series is here in Nashville for the music city grand prix.
My jaw hurts from clenching my teeth while watching the entire race! Man i really wanted to see you win. But you're out there with seasoned pros passing them and taking them to school!! What a treat to watch!!
The fact that you were able to to stay up front as long as you did, prices that you really are a driver and that you belong in Motorsports. Never fail to impress with just jumping into anything and being able to drive it like you’ve been doing this for years. Seriously impressive!
Don't be pissed off at that. That was down to the wire if I've ever seen a race like that. That was one of THE MOST entertaining races I have ever seen across any form of motorsport, if not the most. You had that first corner line down packed with that almighty dive around the outside of Robby. Hell of a wheelman bud, I'd love to see you race some tin tops in the UK, Australia or New Zealand
You didn't win the race but you sure won everybody's hearts with a finish like that buddy! Excellent driving and it looks like you had a ton of fun out there. You'll get em next time.
Cleetus brother! Great race! Had so much fun watching it! You showed them you have the skills to compete with the best of them! Follow your heart brother! Do it for Dale!!
Cleetus, I have been watching motorsports for a long time, and even worked at RIR in a few different capacities...having said all that, I have seen drivers come and go, and you, good sir have immense talent beyond what most bring to the track. You have an innate capacity to understand your vehicle well and get the most out of it...you feel the car where most just try to handle it. I think you have what it takes to compete on ANY level and I look forward to following you through your journeys as you do so. Best of luck man, you earned it.
That was fucking intense. That had to be one of the biggest highs of adrenaline right there! Highly respectable race man, and you should be proud AF with that performance!
My heart was pounding the whole time !!! Robbie Gordon…. How many more of those “drunkle” phrases do you got buddy?!? Hit me with a “ penny saved is a penny earned”! Or or or “if ya ain’t first yer last!”
Honestly have to be the most humble guy in all of Motorsports. Man Garrett you are awesome. Thank you for all you do and keep making this awesome content.
Cleetus is living the real life version of Forza: Horizon where the US is his map and people all over the country want him to race their cars. Stadium truck racing is actually so fun to watch!
THE WAY SHES TELLING HIM HE DID A SUPER JOB AN SHES SO PROUD ETC ETC THAT MEANS SOOOOOOOOOOOO!! MUCH TO A GUY! HE MAY NOT SHOW IT RIGHT WAY BUT WE LOVE THAT STUFF!! GREAR JOB GUYS!!!
I can't tell you how incredibly proud I was watching you... I couldn't sit down I was yelling and screaming. As far as I'm concerned you just put the world on notice. The Best is yet to come!!
Just like i said.... they messed up! The beast has awoke. And make no mistake about it. His nice and generous demeanor aside, their is a competitor inside that man that not many people can understand. Its akin to neo realizing that he... is.... the....one!
Heart of a racer. He was equally as concerned with having earned the other drivers repect as he was with the win or maybe more. I hope to see multiple Stadium Truck W's in his near future.
IM SO PROUD OF YOU CLEET!!! BEEN WATCHING SINCE YOU FIRST GOT LEROY!!! CIRUIT RACING IS AWESOME AND REALLY INTENSE!!! YOU SHOULD DO IT ALOT MORE!!! LOVE THE DRIVER POV. YOU DID GREAT GARRET
This hast to be the most fun I’ve had watching a race… short 11 lap shout out 2 cautions to bunch everyone up… race trucks, jumps, bashing racin.. what more could one ask for
Awesome! Couldn't be happier for you! Your grandkids will love this story someday. I do now. If you had won you'd be in the record books. But the way it went down, people will remember you forever. Without needing books to remind them.
Gotta keep that wheel mostly straight in the air, even if she's skewed! That 70 degrees or so of right wheel input just before landing is what did ya in (it's a panic reaction, totally don't blame you, its only your first race brother!). If you're nose-down landing, that input will make the front turn when the tires hit, while the back end is still going the direction it was when it left the ramp. That aside...Dude, I hope you realize how talented you are behind a wheel. That ability to feel out any vehicle, and find genuinely competitive speed with minimal seat time is so freakin rare. I was screamin at my TV that whole last lap man. Can't wait to see you in an SST again. Hell Yeah Brother!!!
The good news is he’s a fast learner and you could see the improvement just from the first to second race. I’m sure he will see your advice and keep that in mind for future races!
I'd say it was more like 30-45 but.. yeah having your wheel turned when landing is a great way to end up rolling... just like I did on my bicycle once upon a time...... I think.
I keep watching this video over and over.. just to think that you held off all these guys for a big part of the race is insane to think about.. I know you’re no slouch when it comes to driving but to go into someone else’s sport that fast and dominate that way just shows how good you are behind any steering wheel from drag to oval to drift to dirt to sst that takes a lot of talent and you have it!
Insane racing mate, congrats on winning 99% of the race, such a shame about the last 1% !!! Top notch effort though, hope you're racing the full year in this series!
Reliving that frustration whilst editing this has to be like cruel and unusual punishment or something lol that's such a freaking kick in the nuts. Just holding off 2 multi-time champions on the series and Robby Gordon no big deal lol. Everyone is gonna take note of what happened there this weekend.
No kidding but knowing cleetus that cruel and unusual punishment will be just enough to piss him off enough to learn that lesson and make him determined to get his revenge
This literally feels like the end of a movie or something. On top most of the race and the last second, it's gone. Amazing race, best video in a while!
What I thought. Like the protagonist needed to learn a hard lesson about arrogance or something and makes a bad mistake at the end of a race in the lead and then gets chucked to the bottom of the leaderboard. Protagonist goes back home and becomes better than ever and wins the "big one". Champagne shower and getting the girl (but Cleetus already has) as the last scene.
I edited this video in extreme anger. My keyboard barely survived. Going to bed now... or trying to at least... GRRRRRRRRR
Man you killed it head up you raced so well it was entertaining as heck
Hahaha 😆 at least you are living a life most could never conceive of doing.

Not to mention Matt Brabham... only a multiple World Champion too in stadium trucks.
He is one of the best drivers out there.
Man I absolutely love this channel. One of the few things that still makes me feel ok.
Yeah man. Well said. Love this content and respect the hell out of this dude.
For real. My kid and I were watching it live, it went from joy to total mind blown in 2 seconds. What a great race! Just so crazy.
Bro, you had me yelling “Hell yeah brother” at every turn! You held the lead for 5 laps straight and then took it back at the end like a pro!! You were definitely the MVP out there no question!
HELL YEAH BROTHER!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
No question
It was plain and obvious to evwryone who watched
it honestly amazes me how Cleetus can get into just about anything and be so good at them.
This was amazing to watch.... respect
That was single-handedly the most exciting race I have ever watched.
Me too. I was yelling "LET'S GO" at the screen. My neighbors must think I'm an idiot.
@@entrepreneurhomeboy Hell yes! Absolutely!
Seriously. I’m at home cheering I don’t usually get this amped
You did incredible for your first race man. The fact you even were on the same level as anybody there is amazing. Keep it up this could be something big for you!
Did you watch the race live or something??
@@sam0wings I watched a live video like 20 minutes after it got over or something.
I agree. Nothing to hang your head about. That one race gained Garrett a ton of respect in the racing community
Great job!
Snatched defeat from the jaws of victory! what a race!
Under statement of the century!
Known as the "Cleetus McFarland"
@@TheOneOriginalJackal Or the "Hell Naw Brother"
Watched it live, tough luck. But dude I’m beyond impressed. You had that. Robby is no joke. Probably one of the best drivers to ever live. And you held him off. No one can beat you except you! 😂
What a great message!

Isn't this racing awesome I've been watching it for a couple years
Damn Cleetus you made us all proud.
This was top Echelon Cleetus. You have arrived... The energy you over used, will get you many wins in the future, in the BIGS.
I was screaming at the tv too awesome driving!!! He absolutely should come back!!!
One of the most intense races I’ve ever watched! Way to go cleet! Damn proud of you!
I agree. I think he needs to stick with this for real
Still one of my favorite NES games to this day. Stewart was so cool.
Thats heartbreaking. You won that. You know what you can do. RESPECT from everyone.
I bet after that race he will have more than just robby wanting to put him in a truck.
@@CarAudioObsessions Can confirm. I have never even heard of these before and now im hooked on it!
Cleetus, that was some of the most bad-ass racing I've ever seen in any series. You did a great job and entertained the crowd for sure. Respect!
This boy can drive, those braking zones were immaculate.
I'm here for when cleet gets a go in a GT4 or Grand Prix car
Sebring and Daytona aren't too far of a drive for him. Its time for him to get a GT4 Camaro or a 2024 Corvette Z06 GT3.R
I second this!
man, that race was incredible. really demonstrates how much of a DRIVER Garret is, put this man in anything with a motor and he'll drive the hell out of it after 20 minutes of practice.
the natrual talent our guy has is fucking amazing, such a quick learner behind the wheel!
@@meeragray7441 last lap was definitely a parade for his boy. But he earned that first place spot
@@stanggang768 oh i totally agree he earned the win over everyone else but that was 100% a dad moment
@@meeragray7441 ain’t nothing wrong with that. I mean why does he need the W? He designed the trucks
Cleet coming out of the last turn: "YOU'RE DONE"
Cleet hitting the wall: "I'M DONE"
Got me dying 😂😂
Totally yelling with the announcer "Throw it in reverse!Throw it in reverse!! " and it wouldn't start... finally Cleet flops onto the finish line. Reminds me of that old ABC wide world of sports tagline, "The thrill of victory!" and "The agony of defeat!". Man's a Savage! Hope you can run with em when the series is here in Nashville for the music city grand prix.
That was the COOLEST and most ENTERTAINING race I have EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! I am 38 years old by the way, LOVED every SECOND of it!!
So entertaining, the last 5 laps I was practically shaking. Screamed so loud at the finish I scared the wife so bad...
the phrase is 'down pat' not down packed
AMEN BROTHER
Well, the American super-truck drivers do come out here so . . .
You didn't win the race but you sure won everybody's hearts with a finish like that buddy! Excellent driving and it looks like you had a ton of fun out there. You'll get em next time.
From never doing this type of racing to coming out and basically leading the pack the whole race is absolutely insane great job cleeter!!!
agreed LET"S GO!!!
you are a force of nature! Hell yes bro!
Wheelman for sure
Damn Farmtruck even out here watchin’ Cleet throw down. 🤘🏽
You guys f'n rip too!
I hope that this racing series is something you continue on with. You're a serious contender with mad talent. They better watch out!
THAT WAS BADASS CLEET. Can’t wait to see you race this more. Absolutely a blast to watch
That racing was honestly on the level of 90's touring car racing, that's the highest praise I can possibly give.
Anyone else’s heart pounding through that!? Probably one of the best action filled car RUclips videos to date! Well done brother!
8:57 gotta be one of the more scary experiences you've had with racing....looking straight ahead and seeing the concrete and the top of a truck
Honestly have to be the most humble guy in all of Motorsports. Man Garrett you are awesome. Thank you for all you do and keep making this awesome content.
Dude…. This was legendary to watch. Those 11 laps felt like an eternity. Every corner I was leaning trying to keep the truck from flipping.
hahaha me too
I catch myself doing that or turning the phone and I’m like wtf am I doing? 😂
Cleetus is living the real life version of Forza: Horizon where the US is his map and people all over the country want him to race their cars. Stadium truck racing is actually so fun to watch!
Came here to say this, literally the main character. This was fucking sick to watch.
Honestly, I haven't enjoyed a race like this in for ever. That was some fantastic driving.
Its akin to neo realizing that he... is.... the....one!
.... no relevance but just wondering.... is it ok to call you a cracker?
Heart of a racer. He was equally as concerned with having earned the other drivers repect as he was with the win or maybe more. I hope to see multiple Stadium Truck W's in his near future.
Classy move by cleet taking himself out to spare the feelings of the vets that he absolutely cooked in that race
IM SO PROUD OF YOU CLEET!!! BEEN WATCHING SINCE YOU FIRST GOT LEROY!!! CIRUIT RACING IS AWESOME AND REALLY INTENSE!!! YOU SHOULD DO IT ALOT MORE!!! LOVE THE DRIVER POV. YOU DID GREAT GARRET
The fact that he just finished the race and edited this video for us speaks a lot about how he loves his fans! Hell yeah brother!!!
This hast to be the most fun I’ve had watching a race… short 11 lap shout out 2 cautions to bunch everyone up… race trucks, jumps, bashing racin.. what more could one ask for
This was more exciting than F1 race
Coming from a F1 lover
BEST RACE IV'E SEEN IN YEARS, MAN!!! WAS ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT YELLING AT THE LAPTOP!!!! Unbelievably amazing performance, Cleeter!
Awesome! Couldn't be happier for you! Your grandkids will love this story someday. I do now. If you had won you'd be in the record books. But the way it went down, people will remember you forever. Without needing books to remind them.
I knew the ending and this was still one of the most thrilling races I've ever watched. gotta be the most exciting sport youve competed in.
Same, I watched the stream yesterday, and knew it was coming, but just hoped it would be different this time. lol
And he got a freakin INVITE back.
I'd say it was more like 30-45 but.. yeah having your wheel turned when landing is a great way to end up rolling... just like I did on my bicycle once upon a time...... I think.
@@jaratt85 I’ve had a few of them days on a bike (couple of them my neurologist still reminds me of lol)
Could not have said it better myself. He's got a natural ability to be fast in any car you give him!
My heart rate was off the charts watching this. Unbelievable driving skills. And the run for the finish line was classic.
It's the classic trip before the finish line
Reliving that frustration whilst editing this has to be like cruel and unusual punishment or something lol that's such a freaking kick in the nuts. Just holding off 2 multi-time champions on the series and Robby Gordon no big deal lol. Everyone is gonna take note of what happened there this weekend.
No kidding but knowing cleetus that cruel and unusual punishment will be just enough to piss him off enough to learn that lesson and make him determined to get his revenge
@@54raceman Facts. If we know anything about Cleeter, that's it right there.
I have seen hundreds of POV race footage. This just might be the best.
