As a diehard Buccaneer fan, I speak for all of us when I say we cherish Gerald dearly as a Buccaneer legend, always been classy and has a great football mind
@Star_Lord1027 - I agree with most of what you shared. Many people forget about his interviews and Cam videos where he was dissing the Buccaneer Organization was not classy.
Gerald whole year in Tampa HE WAS THE FAN FAVORITE! I remember after training camp Gerald came in the stands sat dwn in the middle of all Us sweaty and signed every autograph out here . I still have the hat he signed .
I do genuinely appreciate him saying “we had no chance of winning that day.” I mean it’s a 16/17 game season. Any day can be your day but it’s refreshing hearing it from a player being like “we aren’t supposed to win. There’s a chance but it’s not our day.”
That story about Gerald not getting at least the respect and curiosity he should get , is the reason why I’m always on the players side. Get the money y’all deserve.
McCoy is forever a Buc and one of the best that ever did it And he knows how we feel about him and his family! I remember him and his family in the end zone before home games❤❤❤❤❤❤ #Tampa baby
Imagine being a defensive tackle getting double teamed by a guard and a center for 8 years straight weighing 265 and they still couldn’t do nothing with you. Crazy work
Warren Sapp preferred 320+ with an optional cheap shot ending a players career . I always despised the dirty shit he'd do. Watched him try to eye gouge the fk out of Harvey Dahl all game Long. Tried to say he was just getting assistance to his feet. Harvey had possible torn Retna on that Mondays injury report . Luckily didn't need surgery and was back before we went on to be first team to beat gb at lambeau in playoffs while sapps fat ass was blaming everything but him and his two or three "BOYS" I really respected Derrick Brooks and simeon rice. Ronde barber and John lynch. No respect for some9ne like Sapp who has the talent to just beat you but he's showing mental weakness by feeling like u had to get Dahl out the game to succeed......which ...hw did have 0 sacks 0 hurries even up until the last eye gouge. Then had 1 late on our undrafted FA . Then how he ended that packers players career on a crackback blindside that was NO WHERE NEAR THE PLAY . That packers lineman wasn't hated. He wasn't deserving of a crackback like burfect was
I’m so glad Gerald got to describe the locker room about Jameis and the two camps. Because as a Bucs fan I felt it was obvious as a fan that’s how it was. Because you could see it that year. The two sides were fighting Kotter lost the team because he couldn’t pick a side and clam down the other. And when the head coach let a locker room free fall it’s on them. The Bucs roster was great from 2016 to now. You’re just seeing it benefit because they got good to great coaches in the last 5 years.
As a fan of the game of football I just appreciate the fact that you guys keep it real and you guys seem like decent down to earth, wholesome human beings, and for that I commend you have a great day
I was so locked into how great this episode was going to the point that it took me until the last 10 minutes to realize that Gerald and LeSean have the same last name 😅🤣
McCoy kept us relevant to even be able to build the team we had for Tom Brady to come in finish the job. If we don’t get those 9 years outta McCoy there’s no Super Bowl in 2020… so that’s what he did! #93 should definitely make its way to the ring of honor
@1:20:29 Gerald is right in a sense, certain guys can watch film and analyze all the same thing he is saying, you don’t have to play in the nfl to know football. There’s people on networks that don’t know all the nuances but there are people out there that really know what they talking about
Growing up a Sooner fan seeing Big Mc give an amazing show. I remember GM losing his mother years ago, Im glad he was able to continue making her proud by being a awesome role model! Good job Gerald. Also, Shady Sam Bradford was not trash he threw 50TD while at OU his last year. The NFL first drafted QB's have a hard time over coming a terrible Organization. Career derailer. Shady always tripping. LOL
Djax needs to apologize to Fletcher Cox lol bro said he played with some good d lineman on the eagles but not to the level of McCoy and Donald 🤔 Cox is a 6 time pro bowler, 4 time all pro, and all decade team with 70 sacks! 😂 that’s 11 more than McCoy fyi .. come on djax
Gerald McCoy just ain't have that dog in him and he was a good player but he just ain't have that extra shit he needed to win and get the team over the hump. He wasn't a true leader. Glad we got suh, and we won a super bowl.

@@MattMorgan1991 ok pal
I’ll back that statement up! GM was a BUC and to this day I’m upset for him not being apart of the SB team. He deserved that ring as a Buc.
@Star_Lord1027 - I agree with most of what you shared. Many people forget about his interviews and Cam videos where he was dissing the Buccaneer Organization was not classy.
Get Gerald up here as much as possible before another pod gets him he brings that perspective y'all need. Best episode so far
Facts cus them Raw Room boys coming lol 😂😂
I think he got something going on with Gil's Arena he has been over there a lot lately
My Mom was a Buccaneers season ticket holder from 1992 on n Gerald was her favorite Buc. What a good dude.
Bro was 4 years old 🤣 she didn’t know shit bout him.
@@austinjames4301he said “from 1992 on” clown. Why so negative?
As a Bucs fan I enjoy watching 3 Bucs players together on a podcast

As a lifelong Oklahoman Gerald is an Oklahoma treasure and will always be appreciated!
Best podcast in the world!
The jameis Winston part around 36:00 is so raw, you don’t get this stuff on other podcasts.
Came looking straight for this comment thanks bro 🙌🙌
True Legend🫡
This junt and raw room up there

If you wasn’t gon do it, I was
Love your show fellas. Two Eagles legends and OGs for the culture. Appreciate yall, 25&10!!
This made me love Jameis so much more that is hilarious 😂 can’t deny the guys passion for the game
What's crazy is homie had 6 sacks in each of his last 2 seasons in Tampa, and they treated him like he was nothing at all. Damn shame
6 sacks ain't a lot.
@@rtdsbg1for a Dtackle primarily known for being a run stopper yes that is lol
@@lionsfan3581 I mean it's aight...
@@rtdsbg16 sacks as a DT is a lot. They don't rush the QB they stop the run
Cause they came at times that didn't mean anything. Gerald was the king of garbage time plays.

@@t004sm0ke your talking about the nfl in the 90s. It was a different game.
Damn I wish Gerald could have stayed with the championship team :/ you were the face when we had nothing. We still respect and love you big guy ❤️
Agreed, but suh was a necessary component to that championship defense.
As a battle rap fan I want to personally thank G McCoy for all your work
Inform me please kind sir. Didn’t know he was tapped in

Here’s a fun fact: the Texans had a better defense statistically when he wasn’t on the field due to injury.
OKC's finest baby! One of OK's football 🐐
Honestly all three of these dudes were great hall of fame worthy no doubt. Tampa was tripping.
Been a Sooners and Eagles fan for 20 years. Love both teams. Boomer Sooner ane Go Birds!
Shady you called Dak Ass!😭😭😭😭😭I fell out! Loved it because you don’t see that on TV.
Randy White was a Linebacker converted into a Defensive Tackle and was called the Manster, completely dominant and unstoppable.
HEARING THE BACK STORY TO THE "EAT A W" STORY MAKES IT 100x FUNNIER 😂
