So after applying those tips to my PC, I notice that my font and texts are really grainy. How can revert the setting to return to my normal font?
Ahh, I found it. Under the 5th Solution when you are changing the advanced performance settings, I also clicked "smooth edges of screen fonts". This fixed my grainy font issue
enable font smoothing checkbox while disabling all in settings.

After applying these methods, my dell inspiron 17 7000 series is still running slow. I don't know, maybe it's just the computer. I'm going to get chrome OS flex

Why is my Dell computer so slow despite its high specs that it has a 7th generation Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 4GB graphics card?

i have a i5 12th gen dell 8gig ram with 4gig gpu same happens like a lot of lag and stutter.
i degraded to win 10 and debloated my pc... well its better.
7th generation is not a good generation honestly. The speed of your system is more about where windows is installed. If you have a standard rotational hdd it will be wayyyy slower than if you replace it with a sata ssd or nvme and boot windows off that. When it comes to all the processes in windows you want a fast drive that can do things better. A regular sata ssd will be about 5x faster than a hard disk drive

se pidio cambio de board, luego verificar que no tenga el mismo problema, si fuera asi volver a pedir el board hasta que quede resuelto

Dell laptops had a great problem with charger, when it think it was unknown, the performance goes to a terrible slowdown, just mess every thing. It´s something had coded on Dell and is very bad behaviour, just shit. I prefer other vendors
