- The Arrows Sky Cruiser 1400mm is a solid entry level airplane and could possibly be one of the BEST beginner RC Airplane. Or just a calm everyday flyer. It is pretty universal but you wont be doing major 3D. Its a great platform to learn on especially with Arrows gyro system. One of the most stable flying planes you will find for sure!

Love the look of the plane. Great Job!!! Thank You... :-)
I love GA planes as trainers. You feel like you are flying an actual plane not a cartoon character.
SAME 🤝
Thank God I we live in a time, where this kind of hobby is becomes more and more affordable for many interested people. Even this is more "toy grade" and I never will become a pro, I am very happy with this.
Nice airplane. Very good and informative video! Thanks for sharing.🙂
That model is the older FMS C-182 1400 mm that was on the market for years and years. I don't know if FMS is making it for them, or if Arrows bought the molds from FMS, but it is the exact same model. It is a great flying model for sure. I want to pick up the new FMS 1500mm C-182 as well..
Brian Phillips RC sent me here, so I subscribed
Great video!
Great little plane. I had to order one. 179.00 bucks with the 50 off coupon. Good deal.
I will say Arrows RC is really stepping up their game with these planes 🔥
Would be great to include some video of setting these planes up on the NX series for us beginners. The whole setup process seems complex in the NX transmitters
For sure! Thanks for the idea !! Next video
Jay, you seem like a really cool dude. I'm out here watching videos as I'm trying to teach myself to fly 😅 It's a mess. Wish I had someone like you close by to fly with. Stay up bro ✌️
Nice😊
Its a very nice plane and a good trainer. love the end with the wings flapping somewhat..lol I have the fms ranger 1200mm and love it. What do you think Jay?
That's just a old FMS plane rebranded for Arrows. FMS makes all the planes for Arrows anywho . You can also buy all the Arrows planes from Fair Rc as well
What receiver are you using and how did you fit the RID module?
Holystone RID! Self contained so I don’t have to plug into receiver. I’m using a AR620 in this if I remember correctly. Need the extra channel for their gyro!
Jay I bought the FMS Ranger and I can’t get it off the ground. I was using a 3s 2200 and it only calls for a 1300 so I’m going to try that.
Hmmmm, gyro issue ? Is reflex flat ? Elevator level ? I flew a 3000mah with no issue .. are you on ground or floats ?
@@Jays_rcgarage ground I tried getting a real smooth takeoff strip I tried taking off for well over 300 ft it should have been up in 20 feet. I don’t know I got maximum throws on the elevator now and the 1300 3s is a no go as well I’m stumped brother
This used to be the FMS Sky Trainer 182 !!!!!!!!!!
That looks like the one I used to fly in real life😅
Third!!! Btw I asked for the RTF FMS RANGER rc plane from fms hobby for my birthday
It’s the same model of top RC?
Nope , it's the old FMS plane. BTW FMS makes all the Arrows Rc planes
“He’s goin vertical”

I want that plane but I can’t get it shipped to canada
Sucks doesn't it? I live in eastern Canada and I have bought a few planes from Arrows thru Hobby Zone. Since FMS took over Hobby Zone, they no longer ship planes to Canada. FMS has a Canada warehouse, but it only has 4 planes. And, apparently they won't ship to all provinces.
@@dave1kearsey yeah crazy brother I live in Cape Breton and THERES nowhere near accept Halifax related to Rc planes or Rc in general. It sucks brother
Your Landings ?????
I’m an amateur man. My turbines come in smooth 😂

Well having to hold the control stick left or right to keep the bank angle is not the way real life works! Although it might keep a beginner from crashing, it doesn‘t teach you how to fly a plane properly… So for me….whats the point?
I agree. I think SAFE should be used only if no instructor or flight simulator is available. In the end, you have to un-learn the habits that SAFE teaches you.
