So Jay and I have a slight difference in Play Style so I'd like to add my 2 cents. Throwing the Cluster Smoke at your feet and activating your Thermal Vision can be a good way to snipe people with little risk of being shot back at. If you choose to use this play style your Cluster Smoke will come back quite a bit quicker than the Thermal Vision, but Energized will close the gap - of course then you dont have Thermal Vision to amplify your pistol during an opponent's rushdown, so be careful about that.
