Ingredients:
- dates - 100 gr
- oatmeal - 150 gr
- peanuts - 50 gr
- raisins - 40 gr
- sunflower seeds - 30 g
- pumpkin seeds - 30 g
- sesame - 1 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- dark chocolate - 100 g

All of you cooks and bakers. I wish you would stop that "5 minutes!"- Statement. Even the video lasts longer than 8 minutes. It is not important to create something in a rush :/
I wish you only one thing - to understand that a “recipe in 5 minutes” means that it is simple and even a novice cook can handle it. If you don't film and explain the details of the recipe to someone, you can handle it fairly quickly. That's all! No one comes into the kitchen with a stopwatch.
I totally agree with you. I'm done with those clickbaits to attract people to watch video's.

I recommend to bake the granola mix . Cool it and then cover it with the Chocolate. Apart than that,It took me 45 minutes to prepare it (without baking)

Same answer 😊 25 minutes at 180c Turbo. an important ingredient change - As a vegan I don't use honey,so I replaced it with maple syrup. The chocolate is also vegan

I like this recipe because you can make the chocolate thin or thick. I prefer thin, but other family members would like it a bit thicker. Perfect because it can be done in one batch!

Too sweet
All that dried fruit and chocolate and you’re claiming it’s sugar free. It’s full of sugar! There is lots of sugar in fruit and it’s concentrated when the fruit is dried. Also even dark chocolate has some sugar in it otherwise it would be so bitter you couldn’t eat it. If you have diabetes DO NOT EAT THESE.

No sugar ? No added sugar is what it should be. Dates are really high in natural sugar, as is honey. Loaded with calories.

I don't think they are familiar with using cups to measure weighed items. The amounts are listed on the screen and in the description, but description has an error.

I would omit Peanuts and use Walnuts or Pecan, and I would use Hemp Seeds. I would use Teff or Quinoa Flo, which are the grains -- really they are fruits -- by grinding in Blender.
I prefer pistachio nuts
