​@@bayilvanIt's not true bro. There is need for experienced doctors in India. In our state they are opening 5 more new colleges by next year. If you have ever visited hospital and stayed there you did know actually it is very difficult for them to take shifts sometimes because doctor's number in each department is less especially in major departments like cardiology...

See , becoming cardiologist or neurologist is a matter of demand and supply , but tamil nadu causes demand supply mismatch , there are under employed or unemployed mbbs graduates due to the increase in seats without developing infrastructures , they will not increase pg seats or govt doctor placements because it costs . Increasing ug seats will not cater the needs
