Woodturning | Floating Bowl

In this video I turned a Myrtlewood bowl and created a second bottom on it to create the illusion that it's floating off the table a little bit.

Hi my name is Carl Jacobson,
I started woodworking with my grandfather as a young boy. I continued woodworking through high school, and started woodturning after seeing a turned project in a friends shop. Some of my fondest memories are working with my grandfather in his wood shop. Being able to share our passion for woodworking, ties it all together. I have been doing this of late - I think you are right about the floating aspect I tried burning it first and resorted to coloring it.
