You'd never have enough amino acids converted into proteins to repair the muscle fibers, Kali is getting weird. For any young man starting bodybuilding or simply weight lifting, don't listen to this BS, watermelon diet won't make you grow the muscle mass you want.

If you have health issues and want to try to heal yourself, start with a 72 hour water+salt (about a teaspoon/day) fast (3 days). Drink the cleanest water you can find. No calories allowed. No chemical substances. After done with the 72 hour fast, eat a clean diet for a week and then do a 120 hour fast (the same ingredients). Eat for 10 days and then do a 168 hour fast (7 days). Eat for 14 days after that. Fasting can fix almost anything. Dry fasting is the next level. I know because I've tried them both for many years (I've done six days water/salt and five days dry=no liquids or calories at all). If you're carrying more than 30 pounds of fat, you can easily water+salt fast for a month straight. Easily. There's not danger at all. Just take it easy and perhaps throw in some magnesium and potassium if you ever feel extra sluggish.
