I think the problem might be the base of subscribers. And since your subscriber base has already seen so much of those videos then maybe they are not interested anymore leaving you with a video that the algo doesn't want to push? Only to be seeing these millions of subscribers being shown by RUclipsrs on RUclips. I also believe we upcoming RUclipsrs can also support ourselves by taking ourselves up there.
Seems to me like his strategy for the channels he started that are mentioned in the video is just to make and upload a ton of somewhat low effort shorts and post them very frequently. Basically abusing the shorts algorithm to get a following on a new channel. Sure you might get views and subscribers, but you won't get a huge fan base. If you want that, stick to really good high effort long forms. Msny people who watch shorts are in hours long scroll sessions and only remember the content and not the creator because they wemt to a new short immediately after watching the previous one.
I'm getting better at the watched vs swipe and now have a few over 75% and 2 over 80% and retention to 90% but I still see none going viral. why is that?
My viral videos all have swipe through rate in high 70s- low 80s, but they also have high view duration (33+ssconds) if you don’t have both, the video won’t go viral
Check the amount of people’s fyp it showed up on, it might not look very interesting of a video. There are many rules followed while doing this, which resulted in his success. Listen to the process, and see if it might be something else
Great video and congrats!! Do you think it’s much easier to grow a channel that doesn’t have a “real person” on camera? I feel like personal brands are much harder to grow than faceless content without a “real person”, but maybe not?
Building a scalable RUclips channel is not luck indeed You need to learn, re-learn and unlearn a lot What works today may not work tomorrow but one thing thing that is rewarded at the end of the day is consistency But not just any consistency but value consistency. This is what i have been implementing recently on my channel
Mike, I truly appreciate your videos-they've been a source of strength during a challenging time. Congratulations. This is a blessing and you’re helping us so much. This is all shorts and I love it. I want to know more and just signed up for your Dropshipping course. I’m ready to make money now.
It’s luck to grow big doing the kind of content you’re passionate about. If I just wanted to make money, I’m sure there’s a relatively “easy” way to do so, but I would hate those videos
Once you get started it is effortless the problem is getting started and being consistent. I have been on RUclips 17 years I work at Disneyland over 6 years I have a lot of information for my guest to save money. Now it is almost $800 dollars for a family of 4 for a few days it is so expensive for the guests. Eventually I will start again but right now I just enjoy watching videos of how they started their channels.
I pray that the powerful youtubers can go all in and train up the next generation to be stragegic not to get "Likes" but to create love and goodness and kick ass-ness and not complain about what they'd like to change and expect someone else to do it, you all next gen's have the keys! I'm 34 so not that much older but yeah, getting into this to be "GREAT" not rich, money doesn't buy greatness
Interesting to see how it's possible to grow that fast, honestly it's actually unbelievable, and said with no disrespect, but it makes me so sad that brainrot content is what makes money and gains success... I've for fun made some small travel videos to document for myself or maybe give some inspiration, would love if that kind of content found it's target as easy as brainrot videos because it's more about inspiration instead of wanting to burn some time
@@NotyourfavoriteEdits bro its very possible i said the same in my comment too either ppl dont give a f about ur content or it isnt engaging enough. iswtg anyone can reach 100.000 its not that hard.
DOESN'T WORK! With every niche! I tried to copy it to my LEGO MINIFIGURES. Of course it could be that it's really only interesting for new channels, but for existing channels it's better to stay away.
@@LittleMky00yeah. All he did was pump out tons of somewhat low effort shorts and upload them frequently. He posted so many videos that basically statically at least one of them was guaranteed to eventually get tons of views or be pushed heavily by the algorithm at some point. Thats just a quick low effort way to grow a channel. But it doesn’t grow a real fan base though because most of the viewers are scrolling shorts for hours. They immediately go to the next short after finishing watching one and largely forgot what they had previously watched. But he does mention at about 4:50 that it’s not about quality, it’s just a speed run to get subscribers and that shorts really changed things.
Even after more than a year of effort, I still haven't reached 4k watch hours or 1k subscribers. I've given up twice before, but I'm not going to give up this time. My new motto is "never give up." Let’s do it 🎉
Love this video 🙌I watched the first one that you refer too and found it really helpful, but again this video just shows what's possible! My goal is to get to 100 subs on my own channel by the end of the year. Small goals but we gotta start somewhere 😅
Fr, all he did was produce tons of somewhat low effort shorts and upload them frequently. Basically making so much videos that statistically at least one will get popular or be pushed heavily by the algorithm eventually. Let's see him try to get millions of subscribers with a different approach. I’d personally like to see him try to quickly get a million from actually applying serious effort into his work and making mostly long form videos. It's honestly quite hard to do. Even a RUclipsr like Niko Omilana who only makes extremely high effort long forms hasn't passed 8 millions subs yet after years of making bangers. Or Jack Pembrook who mostly makes high effort videos (he’s made just a handful of shorts) hasn’t even passed 600k after about a year of making videos.
Месяц назад+1
@@MilesCraft1 facts its probably impossible even get similar numbers with long form content, unless he has some crazy strategy. not like compilations or highlights in short form style
It’s super easy for someone that already has a following and support audience to make a new channel and have million it’s hard for somebody without anything to be a big channel in four days. I’ve been doing this consistently for three years and I am still trying.
congrats, you had one viral video then back to low numbers .. how will you make money if you dont reach 10M views in 90 days ? I started 22 days ago and have 10k subs, 400k views .. no where near 100k subs! or 10M views ! even mikes channel slowed down .. luck? or right time right place ?
I will say though the same thumbnail with a different face doesnt really help draw my attention in if ive seen the content before so maybe work on the video thumbnails and titles otherwise great work
Been going for a year, coming up on 1.2k subs..it’s a grind to keep content high quality and entertaining when the viewership in return seems so small, but we will keep showing up!
WTF HOW DOES 2.7M VIEWS GET YOU 100K SUBS!?!? Like seriously though, I'll have plenty of recent shorts with over 3m and they only get me like 2k subs each...
@@JogandoComLiohe did not pay for those subs if that’s what you are suggesting. If you are here to be a student of what he is doing then learn how to read between the lines. I'm getting better at the watched vs swipe and now have a few over 75% and 2 over 80% and retention to 90% but I still see none going viral. why is that?
same here it's my 14th day and no video went viral
Cause it's rigged 😂😂
My viral videos all have swipe through rate in high 70s- low 80s, but they also have high view duration (33+ssconds) if you don’t have both, the video won’t go viral
@@modenadropshiplike your vids, if you keep uploading you will eventually go viral. It might be because the product you’re using isn’t trending.
Building a scalable RUclips channel is not luck indeed
You need to learn, re-learn and unlearn a lot
What works today may not work tomorrow but one thing thing that is rewarded at the end of the day is consistency
But not just any consistency but value consistency. This is what i have been implementing recently on my channel
Mike, I truly appreciate your videos-they've been a source of strength during a challenging time. I've recently started my own channel, sharing motivation and resilience, especially since I’m currently between jobs. Any feedback or advice would mean a lot as I work on staying positive and strong. Thanks for the inspiration
we started our RUclips channel kust two weeks ago and have 37 subscribers. Not sure if that's a good milestone, but we're happy with the progress so far
I started one almost a month ago and I'm at 62 subs. I'm not sure if that's good or not but I'm really just having a lot of fun! Good luck to you!
@@SwitchbackTexan Good Luck! Now you have one more sub :)
Both of y'all have good progress. It snowballs, so keep being consistent!
@@SilentlyAdulting Thank you!
Good one
This is great time to do ths with the new samller channel boost! Nice video
I just started my RUclips journey
I created the account since 2022 but not been posting I started posting consistently 2 days ago and I’m impressed how it’s going
Grateful for my 164 awesome subscribers! 🥰🙌 Your support keeps me going every day. Tough times come and go, but I’m here to stay, growing and improving for all of us. Let’s keep the journey going! 💪💫
i wanna give up
@@Whipaa dont do it bro ive subscribed to you keep going brother we cant stop
I just posted my first video and I will never give up. Thanks for the motivation and good luck to all other small channels. You got this 💪
YOURE MY FAVOURITE RUclipsR
Congratulations. This is a blessing and you’re helping us so much. This is all shorts and I love it. I want to know more and just signed up for your Dropshipping course. I’m ready to make money now.
Damn RUclips, I work so hard, and RUclips took away all my visitors.
It’s luck to grow big doing the kind of content you’re passionate about. If I just wanted to make money, I’m sure there’s a relatively “easy” way to do so, but I would hate those videos
I'm pushing for 1k subs! Love everyone and keep working hard on your channel
I've for fun made some small travel videos to document for myself or maybe give some inspiration, would love if that kind of content found it's target as easy as brainrot videos because it's more about inspiration instead of wanting to burn some time
Ive started one channel ever since i saw your first video on it. made almost 50k subs in just one week of posting so far
How is that even possible
@@NotyourfavoriteEdits bro its very possible i said the same in my comment too either ppl dont give a f about ur content or it isnt engaging enough. iswtg anyone can reach 100.000 its not that hard.
@@howtodoit2995 what your Channel name wanna check somethings out
DOESN'T WORK! With every niche! I tried to copy it to my LEGO MINIFIGURES. Of course it could be that it's really only interesting for new channels, but for existing channels it's better to stay away.
It worked for me, i gained 2 and a half thousand subs in a week with 20 shorts
And i had a pre existing channel
Bro king of blowing up viral 💀
More than a king, he is genuinely a genius in his field.
Then why don’t you do it with your main channel??
Because it is a pump and dumb method. You can use it when you are starting up, to make some quick money. Then invest those in a long lasting chanel.
My new motto is "never give up." Let’s do it 🎉
the 20 cent per 1000 views, is that the rpm for every shorts channel? or is it niche per niche? and what niches have the most and how much? :D
Love this video 🙌I watched the first one that you refer too and found it really helpful, but again this video just shows what's possible! My goal is to get to 100 subs on my own channel by the end of the year. Small goals but we gotta start somewhere 😅
Wish you all good luck in this wonderful journey of growing and supporting one another ❤!
Subbed 29th and u?🙏
@@Mulertub done too
Great content 👌 please make a video on how to buy already monetized channels. Thank you
I would LOVE to see an in depth video of you talking about how you made money dropshipping that little flying disc thing.
ok now do it with a new approach to content
Stopped watching after 1 min, I don't care how much money it makes... I would never want to create brain rot like this.
Frankly, That's stupid of you
I’m getting close about half way there to 100k
Brother can you tell me the way to start organic drop shipping without shooting the videos
You make me want to start this just to get a plaque 😂
The fameswap idea seems op, give it a shot🔥
Man I wish I could get even just 2% of the subscribers you got. Way to go man
I hit 100k yesterday. Less than 1 month from my first short.
Pls tell me how long it took, what ur vvsa was before it went viral and tell me did it cap at around 10k views?
Pls answer me
congrats, you had one viral video then back to low numbers .. how will you make money if you dont reach 10M views in 90 days ?
I started 22 days ago and have 10k subs, 400k views .. no where near 100k subs! or 10M views ! even mikes channel slowed down .. luck? or right time right place ?
We have been grinding for two years with our golf content. Its tough, but we are gonna hit our goal of 100,000 subs. Keep going everyone
Might tune in, I've been getting quite interested in golf recently.
I will say though the same thumbnail with a different face doesnt really help draw my attention in if ive seen the content before so maybe work on the video thumbnails and titles otherwise great work

@@markkvas can I get a shoutout 😅
Jk, you don’t have to😄

Some days I get sad I didn’t stay consistent when I started years ago. Oh well. Thanks for the video! It proves there’s still a chance to make it
I hit 100K in 2 days and it's because of a viral short video. It's some skill and being lucky.
howww
Yeah, frfr howwww did you do it???
Oh yeah I saw your huge video dude
Really
Been going for a year, coming up on 1.2k subs..it’s a grind to keep content high quality and entertaining when the viewership in return seems so small, but we will keep showing up!
WTF HOW DOES 2.7M VIEWS GET YOU 100K SUBS!?!? Like seriously though, I'll have plenty of recent shorts with over 3m and they only get me like 2k subs each...
Pay method
lol i have 100k subs with barely 1,2M views
@@danielzeroclips with shorts..ilusion
@@JogandoComLiohe did not pay for those subs if that’s what you are suggesting. If you are here to be a student of what he is doing then learn how to read between the lines. I know exactly how he did it and it’s genius. But if you and others don’t want to look deeper and need for people to spoon feed you everything like a baby then those yall will never know. But also every type of channel is not going to be able to use all of his methods. So just enjoy the process.
@@LifeOfViette yes he pays..and i have profs..only search his content in 3 minutes and i have seen it ..
Your genius bruh!
Your theory is SO true , my channel was getting 200k views a Day for 2 weeks and then it slowed down to 5 k a Day and im only gaining 50 subs a Day
So suspicious
Would you watch the same episode of a show everyday, multiple times a day, FOREVER!? That’s what you’re subjecting your audience to with this strategy. No longevity in it. Like he said, it’s a pump and dump.
@@jmg9509 well he is right , however my content is not repetive , however shorts channels just fell off quickly
