Unbelievably. This is such a cool project. Aedan how did you learn this whole stack? Exciting. Robert - thank you for finding such talent. Your interviews are fascinating.

    Really cool project, and inspiring!
As a fellow software guy I recently also took the plunge and completed my first electronics project. Mine was a bit more humble, designing a qmk based mechanical macropad with a snes port, but with an eerily similar motivation: I wanted one, to have one I had to build one, to build one I had to learn how to design a PCB. In my case Robert along with Phil's Lab have been hugely influential in learning enough to get started.
Right now I'm torn between wanting to build my own mechanical split keyboard with a WiiMote connector, a CAN connected bluetooth audio interface my my old car, some diy Eurorack modules, and getting sleep after my young son goes to bed at night. (Last one rarely wins out though)
