Those were some good tips! One thing I found useful to find the secret exit in the mines is to make my way straight ahead until I hit a wall and then go along the wall around the whole perimeter of the mine, until I find the door outside. The door will always be at the wall edge, so that way you can't miss it (though it can take a while).
I do something similar except I will make a t at the ladder, going in the 4 directions until I hit the wall and then will go around if I hadn’t found it at that point.
Just a heads up on tip #12, the everseeds will show up at the mushroom man's shop if you've had the seed type in your inventory (everseed or normal works), so I usually buy one normal from the farm shop then run over to the mushroom man for the rest 😊
Great tips, didn't know about the houses being fast travel and placing torches for a path is brilliant! I'm always getting lost, wish the map was visible on screen as we moved around.
Glad you found something helpful! Torches are especially helpful in the jungle when you first get there. You can even lay them in shapes to mark certain areas to come back to. I agree that the map system is not great but maybe it will get an upgrade in later patch or something.
Just a tip I saw on another video. If you feed the cow in town hay once a day while they are awake, you get milk. Doesn't matter that the cow isn't yours.
Once you get the blueprint and permit to build the upgraded home, you can deconstruct the previous one and recover all the materials. This works on all of the houses except the camper you start with. Very handy, considering how much scaffolding costs.
Amazing video there were several things I didn’t know! Also I don’t know if it was a glitch or not but I played over 70 days and never filled my watering can. Im the crazy person in farming games that will not fill their watering can until it alerts you that your watering can is empty and I never had to fill it, which I thought was weird and would probably be patched out eventually, but if it’s not, I’m not complaining.
@andrewhowell726 i did too! But yesterday I had thrown extra and they all ran over and kept popping more energy out, so I used all i had and they didn't stop lol the more ya know I guess, it was a fun surprise!😊😇
I wish I had this video before I sold a lot of the stuff for the Adventurer profession. Now that I am actually doing that one too, a lot of the good chests are gone. Ahhh well.
dude super useful video, been really enjoying the game with some friends, spend most of my time farming as the jobs I have rn are brewer, cooking, and fishing, and I had no idea you could charge the hoe up. Deserves more views!
oh wow, i didn't know there as a reset button in the mines! wow! and i didn't know about the throwing bricks! well i guess i got a lot of work to be getting on with lol
Hi! Screws can be found in chests dug up by your Luma or other pet. Definitely in the forest, probably elsewhere as well. Hope this helps, good luck! :)
For tip 16 an easy way to get a dog early without cost is to choose the priate treasure profession first since you get one for free with the profession choice
@@valainaful I don't, I've only played with controllers. I'd imagine you just shake the character back and forth quickly. That's what you do with controller.
Edit: does anyone know how to charge tools on steam deck? Ty! I LOVE this game! Its beautiful! Thank you for the tips! Ive been playing for a tiny bit but I love that I dont have to talk to villagers and give gifts and socialize. I literally just take days and days betwen main job quests tonjust explore. Its so much fun and the areas are just beautiful. It took me like 5 days to explore my whole farm and the woods. And then the town. Ive only made it a tiny bit into the mines so ai appreciate all the tips.

Tips number 16 not necessary you will have a pet for free with the job treasure hunter. And you can explore with one luma just pet him every day and throw luma food to him
Yes this works for people that pick Treasure Hunter early but not for those who pick it as a later profession. There are different preferences for how to farm the Luma Energy, I didn't like not having all the lumas in one place so I used the dog. But do whatever works for you and enjoy the game! 😊

Hi, what I think you're asking is how is there a ceiling stopping the snowballs from dropping on the mountain? Next to where the snow drops down there is a wooden structure. You can repair this wooden structure using materials to make scaffolding that prevents the snowballs from falling down. Hope this helps! :)

Andrew Great tips, about the Luma Power food, you can keep feeding it to the lumas as many as you want and they will keep putting out luma energy..😊

how do you move your builds? for organizing? can you deconstruct?
You can deconstruct buildings and you get all the resources back and can rebuild anywhere. Think you might have to have the axe equipped.

Hi!!, I have been playing for 141 days and I haven't found any bees... any advice to find them?
They seem to just appear randomly on the farm and other zones. If you can't find one, you can buy them in the farm shop eventually, check there!
@@andrewhowell726 I think that in the farm store you can only buy it if you have already captured one first... I don't even see the beehive.
don't sell the ectoplasm ghosts drop either, trust me.
