I’ll say this; Clint Smith of Thunder Ranch said he’s seen numerous AR clones crap out at Urban Rifle, yet not a single Mini series do so. That’s enough for me.
I love the mini 14, absolutely love the mini. But the reason I love it is for its simplicity and the handiness of a small light weight carbine, you can argue all you want that it’s not heavy, and everything on it is “necessary “ And maybe for you it is. But if you haven’t noticed a common occurrence in the comments talking about the amount of stuff on that rifle , then what’s one more right ?
Anyone who has ever set up a rifle and has done so for years knows you don't set it up the way other people suggest. You set it up to how you expect to use the tool. Mini are the best Semi-Auto robust rifle for a scout rifle set up and basics of a scout rifle light, optic, back up if necessary mount for better positioning and lots of ammo lol
Hey man I have a question. Just picked up my mini 14 tactical with the Samson folding stock. I’m wanting to put a accu-strut on it but I’m worried about it not fitting because I have a bayonet lug on my barrel. Do you think the smaller 4 inch strut will still fit with the lug?
Good question, bud. I know on the ranch rifle theirs been people putting an accu-strut on it. I do believe ruger has an info page of make and models and what fits on their website
@@TacticalGaming90 I actually hunt with mine, Deer , Coyote, Hogs it's good enough if I do my part, the rifle and correct ammunition will effectively take them with head shots out to 300 yards. Minute of coyote is good enough. Most folks overthink things or believe everything on the Internet.
@TennGrizz oh ya its a great coyote gun i used one on a farm a long time ago. Ya, that's a fact they see these big youtubers talk about how you need fancy stuff or expensive equipment for anything anymore and don't put skill into account.
@@TacticalGaming90 Getting yourself a magical force field seems like cheating! Kidding aside, cool looking gun, I really like that little plate/block that goes behind the receiver to keep the visual lines constant. Where did you get that?
@tyvandm hey man if I can turn my bullets into heat seeking missiles why not rite lol. Ya its a great gun I like this model better then the ranch rifle but all of them come with a rail mount for optics.
@thesixpkamerican1 you clearly didn't watch the video theirs no Lazer lol. Only main optic, back up optic light and bipod and I would agree if I don't have reasons for the bipod hence the term set up your rifle the way you will use it lol
I like the platform, but its worse in every way compared to an ar. Ergo is worse, mags aren't as common, as well as all the spare parts. In terms of an all around rifle, the optic and light need to go for something better. Willing to use this to protect yourself is scary
An AR is the modified version of the M4 and of course will have features that will make it better in multiple ways but when tested against severe weather conditions something like a mini-14, mini-30, lever action, bolt action or AK style rifle are fare better also the durability of the rifle is a lot better then an AR is but yes AR have loads of attachments as well as spare parts to modify the rifle. I don't suggest it for everyday use like an AR or pistol but a very good grab if your 1 into old school guns and 2 if your in a state that won't allow an AR. Thanks for the view bud and the comment much appreciated.
My Mini-14 runs righteously.... very handy and reliable. I've got 2 amazing AR-15s also, and in a tactical scenario, an AR-15 is superior in many ways.... especially accuracy and mags... But, my mini isn't too far behind. It's 2-4 MOA, never jams, super easy to field strip, very clean running, piston driven, Solid wood stock- you can whack someone upside the head with it, very accesorizable with the new Samson Hannibal rail .... I've got plenty of mags and (2) full parts kits. (Spare bolts, firing pins, springs, etc).... I've got wood stocks, folding stocks, rubber molded stocks... plenty of options for different uses... It's a very dependable rifle, quick sighting, great shooting and gorgeous rifle.... not exactly first choice in SHTF.... nope.... but, great backup and great fun. Zero complaints. Definitely my favorite gun to shoot.

@ thank you!
You don’t need the bipod. Just extra weight. I love Mini-14’s. I have ARr’s too but love the Mini.

What light and pressure pad?

I love my Mini 14, i have a scope on mine but none of the other stuff. But nice setup. If you like it so do I.
It's the perfect rifle for a basic set up, SHTF set up or a tactical set up and still give you a decent amount of rounds to put down range.

Ах😂 мохнатка на прикладе вообще зачёт чувак. Это что бы чихать при каждом выстреле?😅
Ya, man, it's meant to help with the hair trigger, lol
Looks like a Glock
It's a high capacity glock with a Clip that can hold a hundred rounds that can be fired a hundred rounds a second
Gonna be plunking down some cash for one of these next month.
It for sure is worth it. It's a great firearm.
Replace the totally unnecessary weight of the bipod with more mags/ammo. The ONLY rifle that needs a bipod is a long-range precision rifle.
What bi pod is that sir.
CVlife bi pod
So, you're just not going to tell us what kind of Norse witchcraft you imbued on this gun?
I imbued it with a name and protection runes

@tyvandm it's just a part of the gun seeing this is the tactical version with the ATI stock
Need to get rid of the black. Stands out far more than you think it does.
Your gun could use a hair cut.
Too much crap on that.. more stuff... Less functional
So light, sights and bipod is too much. lol ok bud.
