I've been following you for quite some time, young man, you are doing a great job and having fun. I know it's quite a bit of money but with 35s on your rig, you may want to think about a re-gear. Keep up the great work and maybe I will see you out there in my 07 Sequoia. Semper Fidelis
Thanks so much for the comment! I really appreciate it! A re-gear is definitely something I want to do in the future once I have the money for it haha! I'm sure it will make a big difference in mpgs and drivability!
Great setup! I'm thinking of replacing my Forester with something bigger, but I don't want to spend a ton on a rig that I'm just going to beat up anyway. You've given me a lot to think about!
That's how I felt too. I came from a Subaru Crosstrek. I miss the mpgs but the reliability, space and off-road capability of the Sequoia makes it worth it!
Great video! Did you have to re-gear your axle ratios when you added the larger tires? Or if not, is it necessary? Do you think you could get away with the stock bumper if you went with a 16-inch wheel with 34-inch tires? Thanks!
I did not re-gear! It definitely drives slower but I've gotten used to it. I didn't buy the Sequoia for speed haha! You may have to trim a tinyyyy bit, but for the most part I'd guess that you'd be fine with the stock bumper and 34's!
@@colbyshredz not hating. Too much rambling in one video. He should break it up into sections so we can get the meat and potatoes while checking out the sequoia.
Just Sub’d …As I want to support our 1stgen crew 🫡 Stay the course… Ben working on my 02’ tundra SR5 4Wd TRD bro like for roughly 5yrs now. He is a werewolf Tundra now. Worth putting time, maintenance and mods into no doubt.

Cool to see you are local to us, slap some sliders on that thing and come wheel with us!
Put some vibrant ultra quiet resonators. They're about the best for builder parts
Had Old Man Emu on the old 4runner, never any issues. Would also recommend 👌
Old Man Emu has been great for the price! I'd recommend it too! A very solid suspension upgrade!
Good looking 1st gen. I got an 01 slowly building it up. I'm in Oregon too
Commenting for the algorithm 👍😎👊 I use your videos for my first gen Tundra
Thanks I really appreciate it! Love the first gen Tundras, such an awesome truck!
Love the video and ride. Keep it up
Thanks so much!
Keep it up dude!
Thanks so much!
Thanks for sharing 👍 looks fun af
Absolutely! Thanks for watching!
Can we please get the drawer plans? They're amazing
Seqouia looks good. Needs a long travel kit next for sure. haha
Ahhh I know! If only it wasn't so expensive. It'd look so good too! Maybe someday...

Thanks for the video
Of course!
Would you build and sell that drawer system? Looking to do the same for my 1st gen
That’s a lot of effort for 10 mpg. You should consider a regear and get back to the teens at least!
A regear is definitely in the future once I have the money for it lol
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🇰🇬
Bro way too much talking
Hater. bros sequoia is sick and he gives out viable information and is trying to inspire people to build more sequoias.

This guy gets it. Just trying to share info to help others!
I found the information informative 😅
@@LiSwaggerwhere’s your build break down ?
Messaged you over on IG, and it is about what I have done or are doing to my 02 Sequoia right now...

Whats your wheel size and offset? Love the stance
17" wheels with 0mm offset. Then I have 1.5" spacers!
