You must have really enjoyed this tour. Beautiful that you shared the experience with us. Really amazing. Thanks for showcasing Africa's hidden gems. 👌🏿
As a South African Sotho and having many relatives in Lesotho 🇱🇸 this makes me very proud. I'm originally from Mount Fletcher not too far from Kokstad.
Wow! thank you overlanding Afrika for showcasing Lesotho with the wonderful tour you two had. Love you and hope that this vlog and your channel in general get known all over for people to enjoy your well-put content.
Lovely video, we also did a trip in Lesotho 2 years ago it’s amazing there. Lesson we learned from our trip was be prepared to spend lots of time on the road it’s really slow going though the mountains
Great video! Be great if can add the details of the fresh water maker and other items. Be great to understand why chose the Mercedes over everything else out there. Keep em coming.
Thank you for the support! The watermaker you can find here, I just reboxed it to fit my space: purewater4life.co.za/4-stage-mobile-ro-plus-uv/ The rest are all of the shelf camping equipment, finely put together so that it fits just right. And yes, a G Wagon because, well, why not!? No 8-year old grows up wanting to drive a Land Cruiser.
Hi there, I am planning a trip to Lesotho via Sani Pass. I am looking for a suggested route from the Sani Borer to Katse Dam. Google earth shows 2 routes being the A1then left just after Tlokoeng pass Senqu viewpoint ten joining the A25 just before Seshute Airport tyen coing down to Katse which is the shorter route. The longer route is via Mokhotlong then Thaba-Tseka on the A25 to Katse. Which route would you suggest?
It's the first time i see the "roof" lining inside of it. i always thought the roof lining in these cars was more decorated like "stars" or some kind of unconventional material.
My first time seeing the G Wagon driven in the environment for which it was built, instead of at a shopping mall parking lot.
You’re absolutely correct … I always wonder the same thing, if it’s not shopping malls it’s pick or school drop off
Thank you for actually using the wagon for its intended use!
Thank you for showing my beloved country 🙏🙏
Have done a number of trips to Lesotho on a motorcycle and vehicle....fabulous place!!!

Hey guys, try to get a stabilized main camera and a wind-proof mic; that would make the experience so much better.

@TebogoMotlhale depends how big your wallet is $$$
Underberg isn't Underburg. A berg is a mountain, while a burg is a village. Underberg literally means "below the mountain.'
Hi. i live in KZN and I was just wondering.... do you get bugged by the locals when you stop in Lesotho?
Hi Hunter,
A little, yes. Nothing dangerous in our experience, but there was some haggling here and there.
Is this car strong enough to do hash ground like that of Lesotho
Very strong, it didn’t even break a sweat

A bit off topic. Sir, do you work in finance and do you have a trust fund? Asking for a friend.
Neither. Sometimes I do onlyfans for fuel money
