  • Diet plan for how I lost 6 stone (48kg).
    Two meals per day eggs and tomatoes in the morning and beef mince with kidney beans and vegetables in the evening.
    I lost 6 stone in a year doing this, with room too for snacks.

    great and straight to the point. i’ve lost 12 stone in a year eating 900 calories a day. extreme i know but it was probably more dangerous being the weight i was. what would you say was your time frame to get from where you were to where you are? i was walking 10k a day.

      Wow that sounds like an incredible story. For me it was 6/7 stone weightloss in one year, then just under a year to build some muscle up. Ongoing process as you might expect. Appreciate you sharing your story mate 💪 Good luck to you!

      @@rebuildingsimon it's working fine, losing weight this winter doing mostly keto with intermittent fasting and easy cardio, eating more carbs and food in general for heavier training sessions. Very simple diet but lean ground beef, chicken or seitan with veggies, some oil and seasoning + scrambled eggs never seems to get old, could probably eat that forever :D

    great vid, im starting my fat loss journey lol, im 169cm, 84.8kg, lost 2kg already in one week, im copying what eddie abbew is saying. he said in his videos that having protein powder, or any form of protein powder is a waste of time as its there for a cash grab as the bioavailablity of protein powder is only 16 percent where as an whole egg including yolk gives 50 percent, so he used to have 36 eggs a day since 1960s to be lean for his body building competition. he said u can get all ur creatine and all that from natural unprocessed foods and to stop wasting time on buying all these products that give u headache or make u go toilet later on (which i had)
    i aint going that crazy but 10 eggs a day 2 hours before bed, and i wont eat until the evening with a 200g steak and vegetables to get some vitamin c as i wanna trick my body to using its fat reserves when im not eating for a long period of time and then feel energised throughout the day. and ofc sunday is cheat days for me, eat whatever i want otherwise ill go crazy, but my goal is to lose 1.46kg a week so i can get to 67kg in 3 months time. not as cheap as ur meal but it will suffice haha. other then the cheat day, i shud be fine and not burnt out more so cause i fast every year for a month so this shudnt be too bad, i wanna shred down to look good for a photo haha.

      This sounds well thought out mate, I like it a lot and wish you all the best with your health goals; would be great to see how you get on.
      I’m going to run with the egg concept you’ve suggested, next week I’ll eat only eggs and see how that affects me (expect a video 😅).

      Thanks man 🤜🤛, it took about a year or so. I’d tried a lot of different things before that but a year of consistency got most the job done. I was working out 4 days a week at the time and it changed my life. Appreciate you taking the time to give it a watch and comment 💪

    if you swap your breakfast and lunch you could technically intermittent fast.

    I will try this but I I am type 2 diabetic ( but don’t need insulin shots) are you type 2 or type 1 ?

      Hi Peter, I’m type 1 insulin dependant. But this would help with type 2 too, fibrous carbohydrates no quick acting simple sugars 👍💪

      Id like to go into that in another video at a later date, but no burpees…I’ll take that as a compliment though 😅. All traditional strength training; mainly low weight high volume with the occasional heavy set dotted in here and there.

    how much water would you drink a day what was your intake?

      About 3 litres or so mate, it’s not something I had focused on back then but generally around 3 litres a day.

      @@rebuildingsimon I appreciate you for getting back this information is important as I was drinking a gallon a day which is like 4 liters and I don't know if my stomach can handle it i'm going to lower water intake to 2-3 liters thanks

      @@virgilioperez5715 No worries man, appreciate the comment. Water intake is important for sure, but I can't say I've ever tried to hit a certain amount; it was more like id drink when I felt like it.
