- For some reason I decided to attempt modelling all of the animatronics from the first Five Nights at Freddy's game. And to make it even harder for myself, I did the whole thing from memory. It was a ton of fun!

Oh my goodness the side by side with the two foxys almost had me in tears 😭 it’s so funny when you think you know exactly what a character looks like in your head, then when it goes on paper you realize you forgot literally EVERY IMPORTANT DETAIL
I knew it looked off, but I didn't realize it was THAT bad until I compared
I honestly think Chica came out the best, since she has a ton more details than Bonnie and Freddy. Her accessory is more detailed, her head in completely different, her clothing item has text and multiple colors to it, and she has something different than ears. Really, the biggest things you got off about her was that she doesn't have a lighter stomach patch, and her lower legs are orange, leading into two toed talon feet. Nice job
I had a lot of fun modeling and making jokes about Chica! I still have no clue how I managed to get the colors right on the bib, lol
@@TTH3d Purple and yellow don't often get paired with each other, so it's probably pretty easy to stand out in memory with a rarer color pairing
She looks the best without the teeth though. Foxy on the other hand, is beyond salvage.

These look like those old SFM models from 2014 before we could actually tell what they were supposed to look like.

@@TismoProductions I remember seeing this one SFM FNAF video, and they used one of the earliest Toy Bonnie Model, and it was basically Bonnie's Splink's design, but recolorized with the colors and features of Toy Bonnie.

Idk why but the fact that they have more human like proportions,and the animal features are kinda smaller, makes them even more uncanny, they feel like they are more kid friendly but the knowledge i associate with the animatronics makes the kid friendly aspect the more terrifying.

I usually start with a plane and just make shapes out it, but I started with a sphere because it was kind of head shaped. I shouldn't have started with a sphere, though, it ended up making the model look a bit weird

Can't lie doing it from memory is the hardest thing you can do. You lose some much detail until you look at the original model.

Chica's teeth make her look a bit like Quackerjack from Darkwing duck. They also look like unwithered animatronics. All in all 7/10 not too bad for just memory, I draw the fnaf characters from memory while at school and I forget that the puppet has fingers or that phantom Freddy is missing an ear, so don't feel too bad, you just need to memorize them better. I actually like the models, they just need a few small tweaks to make them more recognizable so they can be stylized versions of the fnaf one characters.
I had never modeled the characters before, so this was a bit hard for me. I'm sure if I tried again it would turn out a lot different

These actually aren't *that* bad, the models almost look like they would be in a "Freddy n Friends" episode. Id probably animate these myself if they where on the steam market for sfm. Overall, not that bad!

Why does it look so easy to model after it’s probably really difficult..
The FNAF models can be mostly made with simple shapes, so they can be a lot easier than some other models, especially if you do it as simply as I did. I've also have a decent amount of experience modeling in general, so I'm able to do the stuff a bit faster than it would normally take
K bc I want start blander so I can try to model my original characters but it may take some practice..
I really like your Chica. She's cute in a "kids would love this animatronic if it existed irl" kind of way. Sure she doesn't fit FNAF at all, but she feels like a slightly older redesign. Like if Freddy's had rebooted with older animatronics (not the plasticky, Sister Location ones).

All of their legs are little small
Foxy's legs are completely endo from his knees down
Foxy is missing his hair tuft
And I think that's all! Pretty good for not looking at any references!
Wow! I didn't even realize they didn't have upper teeth while looking at the comparison afterwards! I originally mentioned Foxy's legs in the comparison part, but I lost that footage ☹. Foxy's snout I completely messed up, lol. Hopefully I'll do better when I eventually make the second game animatronics!

shadow bonnie isnt a minigame entity as you can encounter him in the office of fnaf 2.. also chica is a chicken she doesnt have a snout she has a beak
@TimeMasterXX22, oooh I forgot you could encounter him in game oops- also yes I know Chica is a chicken I just worded it wrong, but yea Shadow Bonnie I guess could be considered a game character, I just called him more of a minigame character because the chance to encounter him in game is very low (same with Shadow Freddy)

Hint. One tuner (that’s the key looking thing at the top) per string. Remove the middle string and you were actually close to a bass. 21-24 frets for a lead base. There’s no standard number of frets on a bass but usually 19 min on most stringed instruments that size. There are no fret varieties. Also don’t forget a pickup (a metal bar with little dot thingies that detect vibrations of the strings) for electric stringed instruments.
Use this as ammo next time someone critics ya :p
