    _________________________________________________________
The Angel face you see is the Haserot, named “The Angel of Death Victorious". The stoic angel is seated on the marble gravestone of canning entrepreneur Francis Haserot and his family. Holding an extinguished torch upside-down, it represents a symbol of life extinguished. Wings are outstretched and the gaze is straight ahead.
IN THE END, DEATH ALWAYS WINS. LEST THE FACES NOT BE FORGOTTEN...
This channel is focused on casually walking and viewing a handful of the thousands of forgotten names and faces at various cemeteries near and afar. Seeing their faces up close. And when able, telling the stories behind their names.
Most graves are unknown and lost to history.
    Some are famous.
    And some infamous....
    ....and some with tragic endings.

Just once again, Ron, your vlogs always hit home with me. Unbelievable. Love from Ft Worth

On my honeymoon in 1978 we went to the Playboy Club in Lake Geneva, WI. We ate dinner there but couldn’t afford anymore. We took a boat tour on Lake Geneva. Couldn’t believe the huge mansions from early 1900’s. My sister lived in Barrington for many years before Sugar Grove. They were in a new development but their area was just middle class.

Just reading the inscriptions on the head stones tell a story. I remember once on San Juan Island I saw a mother and three or four of her children including a baby all died the same year in the 1800’s. It must have been influenza. Can’t remember what year. It was very sad to see. Thank you Ron for what you do.😊

But of course, they are helped out to reduce and stop their drug intake. If that woman wasn't watching - the other inmates probably were and told her. Shame on her. My mom adopted a German shepherd/coyote mix back in, I think 1980 or so. My little brother ran to the road and my mom just saw what she thought was a coyote running after him and she was terrified, until my brother got to the road just as the coyote grabbed my brother Matthew by the diaper and pulled him away from the road just as a semi sped by. My mom found out it was a female mix, and named her Lady, and we had her for several years until she was put to sleep because she was in poor health. My brother was able to sit on her and pull her ears and tail, and she never did anything about it, but if anyone she didn’t know or trust came anywhere near either of us kids, she was ready to tear them limb from limb!

I wonder where the farm in Barrington was? I have been driving through the Barringtons lately (South; Lake; Barrington; Hill) photographing raptor/birds of prey. As you probably know some of the old horse farms are being bought up by the forest preserves.
