  • The Flex Seal Family of Flood Protection products is a new innovation in flood protection designed to help create a flood barrier around your home or business, with no heavy lifting of sandbags required. These UL-verified*, patent-pending new products are specifically designed to help slow down or even stop floodwaters from entering your home or business and can be removed once the waters recede.
However, it’s important to understand that even when you use our flood protection products, you still must ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL WEATHER ADVISORIES AND EVACUATION ORDERS. Also, if you’re sealing your entire structure, including your primary entry/exit, all persons, pets, and essential belongings must be removed from the premises. Once your final entry point is sealed, you will not be able to re-enter without breaking the Flood Protection seal. Unsealed porous surfaces may seep water during extended underwater exposure.
Every structure is different. Depending on the age and type of construction, there may be areas that can’t be seen or sealed. So, it’s impossible to stop all floods from entering every time, but our Flood Protection products can help.
*The Flex Seal Family of Flood Protection Products has been evaluated by UL Solutions and meets applicable verification requirements for stopping water intrusion for the specified gap widths and water depths as described below. These tests were performed in an UL Solutions laboratory using manufacturer’s recommended application instructions.
No water penetration through ½” gaps at depths up to 3 feet for 14 days
Applicable to the following Flood Protection products: (list products from booklet UL page)
No water penetration through 1/8” gaps at depths up to 3 feet for 14 days
Applicable to the following Flood Protection products: (list products from booklet UL page)
No water penetration through ½” gaps at depths up to 2 feet for 14 days
Applicable to the following Flood Protection products: (list products from booklet UL page)
Not designed to protect against extreme winds, water pressure, flying or floating debris. Not intended to stop water from flash floods or if there is structural damage to the building. Apply to the exterior of the structure.

So what has one really gain? they lost money , time and energy for what? I used the flex seal for gutters, it did not perform as advertised, did not adhered that long, then the leak started again. I'm actually going to hold off on a meme comment here and come forward to thank Swift Response for devising these products. I've used a number of the Flex products around my home as part of a home improvement project we did a while back, and it's helped us save a TON of money and maintenance downtime when it comes to storms causing flash-flooding and water getting into our home and causing problems. Thanks to these products, major repairs and flood damage is a thing of the past for us.

As a lifelong Floridian, I have to feel this infomercial was made for us. This is awesome and the State of Florida needs all the help it can get when hurricane season slams the southern half of the State, thanks Phil and the team of scientists who engineered it! I'd love to see some interviews with R&D because you seem to have an amazing team.

If you’re sealing your entire structure, including your primary entry/exit, all persons, pets, and essential belongings must be removed from the premises. Once your final entry point is sealed, you will not be able to re-enter without breaking the Flood Protection seal. In addition, always follow your State and Local weather advisories and evacuation orders.
