Flydubai used to fly from Dubai to Bangkok, close to the range limit for the 737-800 and competing with Emirates' A380s on the same route. From this and other reviews I've seen, they seem to offer a decent service, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to take such a relatively long flight with them.

Flights from Kuwait International currently depart from four terminals, and one is under construction. Terminal M or 1: Current Main Terminal Terminal 2: Future Main Terminal (Under Construction) Terminal 3: FlyDubai Terminal Terminal 4: Exclusively for Kuwait Airways Terminal 5: Exclusively for Jazeera Airways (Kuwaiti Budget Airline) Just wanted to share because Kuwaiti Aviation is getting more and more exciting :)
Great video and beautiful cabin in the Max ! Interesting to see paying options for movies on board. Also the price of the meal you took is to my mind really abusive. I'm pretty excited to fly their 737 MAX 9 tonight and see if there's any difference. Keep up the great work !

Flydubai is not owned by Emirates; rather, they are both separately owned by the same holding company, which in turn is owned by the UAE government. They play different but complementary roles in the UAE policy for aviation and they are managed separately. Emirates' management has no interference in Flydubai's operations or vice versa.
@Mohammed 48SYR , read my comment above again. I did NOT say that Emirates owned Flydubai. I said they had the same owner, so it's natural that they coordinate forces if that suits the owner's interests. So, it's not as if they were "partners" in the usual sense either (meaning two companies that have nothing to do with each other setting up a partnership). Also note that Emirates has an all-widebody fleet and Flydubai has an all-narrowbody fleet, while regional competitors Etihad and Qatar have mixed fleets. Different strategies. In the general picture, also don't forget Air Arabia (based in Sharjah, just 15 km from Dubai), which is an entirely separate private company that competes with Flydubai on some routes.
