    Another relatable video with some good info and great tips. I need to work on that digital detox I believe. I think I might invest in the Hatch Clock as I have heard good things - do you have any thoughts on that one?

      Hi there! i'm so glad! =) I know some people don't love sounds when they're sleeping but also if it does emit any bit of light at night (I think it does a natural light wake up in morning but not sure if there is a light anywhere emitted at night?) that could impact melatonin levels too. It really doesn't take much light to lower them. hope that helps!
