Greetings from TX! Mary, it's always nice to see your father, Ben, who shares my hometown of Berne, IN. Who would have guessed that one little boy would end up in Montana & another little boy would end up in Texas.😅 Your auction reminded me of the auctions I went to as a young boy at the Berne/Geneva Sale Barn. The food, especially the pies & homemade ice cream, looked sooooo good! Thank you for sharing. Blessings to you & your family.😊❤️
What an exciting day! Thank you for taking us along. Looks like a lot of fun and hard work went into getting ready for this event. I especially enjoyed seeing the pies being prepared and the quilts were just beautiful too. Was that light snow flying around as Marvin was making ice cream?
My husband and I drove up from SW Idaho for the auction and it was really fun! I enjoyed finally experiencing it instead of just watching it on video. I bought a loaf of the seed bread and we have been enjoying it. My husband bought some ice cream from you, but he makes his own and is particular about it. He thought this was too fluffy(probably because the motor was too fast) and tasted like soft serve, maybe that’s the mix that was used? Not trying to be critical, just thought the lady who made it might like feedback. Anyway, it was a fun time, we loved the town of Libby! It’s very beautiful there. We also visited a friend in Kalispell and drove through Glacier National Park. You live in a breathtakingly beautiful part of the US!
Oh heck, I thought you were going to make cabbage pies... better said; cabbage & meat pies. _(Done right, they can be really good... kind of a pot-pie, but with main vegetable being cabbage.)_ Btw, that young boy holding a meal in the introduction _(not Elvie, he's still young, but not that young),_ reminded me of the western shirts my grandmother use to make for all her multitude of Sunday-School kids _(me included)._ Just she made hers out of cloth rests; that she pick up from sale bins, and even Salvation Army stores. Most of it was intent to be used for 1950s women's dresses; so very colorful, and one shirt could have as much as 4 differing prints. Let's just say; you could spot us a mile and a half away. Roy Rogers would have been proud of us.
Brilliant video. The food looked amazing, and the quilts are a work of art. Thanks for taking us with you. Much appreciated ❤
I always love watching the Auction. All the food and the ice cream looked delicious. And the Quilts were beautiful. Thanks for sharing, Mary.
Thanks. Love seeing this auction. I missed seeing the quilt sell. Guessing Mrs. Miller didn't have one this year.

I really enjoyed the auction, even if it was just by video. Thank you.
The auction always looks like so much fun. I feel like I’ve been there several years from the Meadowlark and Joas and Priscilla’s channels.
Your boy is awesome!! Love watch the ladies make pies!
Meadowlark is awesome. Great auction.
The bad economy must be showing!! Those quilts are beautiful and worth much more.
